Complaint Details:
I have shifted my residence in December 2016 so I made application to shift my land line phone No.06122321839 with Broadband which was received in Rajendranagar exchange Patna on 09.01.2017 and assured me to get it shifted within 3 days but since then more than a month has passed and no any BSNL representative came to see the location where phone has to be shifted. When I see the BSNL Charter regarding shifting of land line phone it was only 3 days what a joke which is made by BSNL a reputed organisation of India and floating slogans ‘CONNECTING INDIA”.
BSNL completely failed to satisfy me by his service. Very Very poor in shifting of Land Line Phone.
They are not saying their inefficiency and failure on his part. If they are unable to shift my telephone than why he is not showing his incapability.
If They say ‘NO” than I will process for closure for phone and refund of security deposit.
