Complaint Details:
I am a customer of Bharatgas from West Bengal, district- Nadia. Distributor- Mitra Distributors. Each time I have a delivery of gas cylinder, the delivery man demands for extra delivery charges and if he is refused he uses abusive language and behaves rudely.I have already brought this issue in the view of the distributor, but they can’t solve the problem
