Complaint Details:
I went on honeymoon to Kerala through Bharat booking.. I urged many times for Hindi speaking driver but yet provided one neither knew Hindi nor fluent in English..Yet I have not made complaints and adjusted somehow.. Bharat booking guys were frequently calling for any difficulties and they sent me SMS for contact details of supporting persons..But when I really required their help in Kovalam for hotel problems, nobody has answered me.. First I called Aditi Thakur through whom I have booked package..She told me to manage one day anyhow and promised me to rectify problem on next day. I also contacted Mr George, a local representative from BB, he too promised me to call back within 15 minutes but never called. I tried again lot but he didn’t pick up a single phone. Next day Aditi has done same thing. I never saw such poor and unprofessional approach towards customers. I was offered Golden package (Silver is cheaper) but none of the hotel/rooms except in kanyakumari and thekkady met golden package. We understood that problems in trip are not in their hands but good response and solutions at least we expect from them. But they left us alone in trauma when we really needed them..and for which we have paid them.. I tell you not to plan your valuable and precious holiday packages through Bharat Booking…
