I have a loan to be sanctioned, where cheque is must. I asked bank to pls re-issue new cheque book to me as the old one has used as a whole. From the last 10-15 days bank employees making me fool by saying that it has been dispatched from head office and would be recieved soon. I walked for bank on regular basis, in ordered to ask for the chequebook. After getting stand in que for the long time i got the same reply that – “hum kya kar sakte hain waha se to 10 din pehle nikal chuki hai”… Do anybody suggest what is the solution for sucha a irresponsible response from them? They should co-operate & try to provide service rather giving such a formal response. I m in huge requirement of chequebook this time and hope that this complaint will surely marked as resolved by this mean.
