Complaint Details:
I have opened a new account at Kalamassery branch, Kochi with a total deposit of over 3 lakh rupees about 2 weeks back.
So far I am unable to use neither my debit card, mobile banking nor internet banking since the day 1 due to the reason the executive (Mrs. Kavya) has not updated my mobile number with the account despite several personal requests and complaints at this branch. Senior executives at axis bank has given me several excuses during these 2 weeks (over atleast 10 conversations) but I have seen no response in this line till date.
It surprises me how a corporate bank such poor customer care services still continue to survive in today’s competitive world! If this is my plight being a doctor, I wonder the plight of the other customers.
