Complaint Details:
I asked my Axis Bank Home branch in Karimganj, Assam to deliver my renewal credit card. I followed all the procedure and they also sent the card via India Post Office Speed post almost a month ago. But till date no card has reached me. I asked my bank but they seemed helpless. I contacted their nodal officers multiple times and they assured me that this will be resolved but nothing has happened till today.
I also told me that I badly needed the card but my home branch manage does not seem to take this seriously. Now what should I do? None of the people at the bank seems interesting in fixing this issue but I have an active account with Axis bank home branch for many years. They are not catering to their consumer requests.
All the mails I have got seems automated or standard. No action is being taken so far. Now I plan to file a suit against them.
Any suggestion will help. At least they can send me another card. The tracking ID they gave me for the India Post Office is wrong. There is not update on their portal.
Thanks in advance. Hope Axis bank hears this. Else, I will have no option but to first close my account with this bank and file a suit as my business is getting hampered due to this.
