My claim noADD-D 140716 197728158, the mobile was purchased from anand sales, ranchi with insurance facilities. .The front portion of the mobile or skeen was minor damaged.The mobile was given to to apps daily for repairs on july 2016 but inspite of several oral reminders the company is not returning the mobile.THe mobile was purchased in name of garima gopalka
