My phone has been submitted to you guys in Mar 2017 nd d procedure continued nd laterly dey infrmd us dat d phn has declared complete loss so we had submittd our acessories nd its 4 months now nd dey didnt send d cheque yet to us and dey are not even responsing to our complaint. Is this the way you people deal wid d customers. If i didnt recieve my cheque in a week so m going to sue you people.
