Complaint Details:
The back camera of my phone is not working . I have visited the apple customer service in Jaipur at WTP but no action has been taken. They are saying that they will place the order for the parts of the camera only when they will get an advance payment of Rs 4000. After 1 hour of hot discussion they are asking for a sum of Rs 15000.
This kind of inconvience was not at all expected from such a renowned BRAND “APPLE”.
