Scam or fraud: Anand India — Damaged mosquito net received

Complaint Details:
It has been a ridiculous experience with this company. I received the mosquito net after paying ?200 delivery charges. There was damage in the product and I called their customer care who speak very little English to my horror for me to understand the way that they have guided me. I was asked to send a photo of the damaged product on WhatsApp post which I was again asked to contact their customer care. The most horrible part was,
I was asked to courier the product back to them for which I bear the charges plus no refund but only an exchange. I tried my best to make the customer service understand that my bed is 6×6 and your product does not fit it.

Horrible to the core. Don’t get trapped by buying anything from this company, its a big headache.
