AMMCO Bank, Muzaffarnagar has only 4-5 branches in city. The manager of Almaspur Branch seems a disturbed man in himself.He remains every time in tension. Due to some customers in the bank, I left my my Rs. 5000/- +my pass book and a cheque book to be issued.When I went next day for the collection of my deposit receipt, my pass book and my cheque book, he said me to come next day. He told me that the cheque book is not available till that day. When I went again next day, (1) he misbehaved with me, he tried to beaten me, (2)he did not return my pass book and (3) he did not give me my cheque book (new issued). I make a call to the head to the Head office of the Bank, but he refused to talk with the higher officials of the bank over the matter. Then I approach personally to the sr. manager and the M.D. of the bank, but in vain. I am still in search of the justice and me Money and my passbook and my cheque book.They also warn me agains the loadge any complaint of the bank.What to do ?
