Complaint Details:
Please be informed that I had bought clothing drying stand from Amazon online on 27th Oct, I didn’t like the quality of the product hence I requested them to provide the refund however seller had denied it.
When I bought the product no time limit for replacement/return was provided, neither it was mentioned that buyer need to arrange courier in case of return.
I was told that the return time was till 5th Nov hence I can not claim refund now and need to bare with it. I raised the refund request on 8th of Nov.
I had escalated to so many levels but they don’t want listen seems.
