Complaint Details:
I’ve purchased Micromax LED TV 32 inch against Amazon.in Order # 403-9017895-1055525.
I’ve received the TV on 2nd Dec and i t was damaged condition, I was very disappointed on amazon product.
The same day itself I’ve been raised a return request and continuously following up since 25 day of customer care for picking the item they are not responded properly.
Minimum 15 times I’ve called customer care for this regards in 022-3043 0101.
They all are sending like messages like they will pick up your item within 24, hours and after 24 hours i called means the same message was sent by them.
Please take the TV and refund my valuable money. This is not the way to treat the online purchasers.
