one of the staff(perhaps the messenger/lower class employee) refused to entry the bank at 1:58 pm by stating that the bank is closed from 2-3:00 pm as lunch hour.but when i stated that i am a old customer of the bank and will close my account, then some other employee came and said now it is 2 o clock and the bank will reopen at 2:30 pm.
my complain is that what is the right time of the bank and the person who is in charge of closing door, why not be punished for closing the bank before time and for his ridiculous behavior?
