Hi,
I have recently moved from Vodafone to Airtel. This was the mistake I did..
Porting request took almost 45 days.. after multiple follow ups.. it has pored to Airtel.. now the Airtel connection is active but no message or incoming calls.. it’s been 3 days I am not able to use the mobile.. all this is impacting my business and customer relationship..
I called several times to customer care they say the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
But no resolution or call.. when i spoke to them they say more 24 hours. Is this the way you work..
For god sake please try to fix the issue.
