Complaint Details:
Recharged one of my family members mobile twice with the same offer twice unknowingly from 2 different locations on the same day.
Called customer call but NO use.System should be intelligent enough to credit back or extend the same offer to next month.
This is very bad on a telecom gaint Airtel.
Expect Airtel to build intelligent software and be customer friendly.
