Scam or fraud: Airtel — Broadband disconnected

Complaint Details:
Airetel collected Rs. 1490 in advance for one month rental in early December. Connection provided 4 Jan. Now bill raised by Airtel for 23 Dec to 22 Jan due date 8 Feb 2017. Despite my complaint on this site & several emails reg. providing incorrect plan and incorrect bill, Airtel is not resolving my complaint. They have disconnected my broadband from this morning (10 Feb). Customer Service team says my account has been disconnected so cant take a complaint. Technical team refuses to take my call. Airtel looks like you are not interested at all. Even after one month their standard reply is “we are checking”. Are you going to resolve this issue decently?
