Hello All,
I have paid Airtel for providing new connection . I have seen advertisement as connection will be given within a week of time but airtel again called me and said they cannot give connection now., so i asked for refund of money . All conversation has happened through phone and emails . They asked my Neft transaction details, Government address proof with signature, cancelled cheque – I have provided them all but they dint refund, After that they called me they are going to send me cheque which is their process to refund still I have recieved any of it . Airtel is not eveb bothering to look at my email and responf but they are very particular on looting consumers money .
This looks to be a fraud company after all they have developed at so many places .
I too much irritated . I need my money back or i need to file complaint against company .
guys please help me to avoid further issues like these for any consumer . let me know who all can stand with me .
