Scam or fraud: Airtel — Airtel dongle- Airtel raised 2 invoices after disconnection request and for services not availed

Hello Sirs,

Airtel account number – 1128300446

In Nov 2015 I decided to disconnect airtel dongle (broad band internet connection)
I called airtel customer care and asked for procedure. They asked me to clear pending bills and call them up again to request disconnection.
I cleared pending bills at end of billing cycle and put a request to disconnect
They took the disconnection request but raised invoice for next cycle even though I have not used the internet.
I called airtel again and they again took another disconnect request, but raised invoice again for the next billing cycle.
Airtel collection agents kept calling me and I replied, that these invocie were raised after disconnect request and for no usage

In Nov 27 2016 (After a year) airtel send me a mail informing to pay up rs2445 or face legal action..

I have paid all the charges for the data used and upto the disconnect request.I have the request numbers with me.

I find this as unfair practice and cheating.Please help in resolving this issue
