Hello Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that i had paid the initial amount of Rs.500 for the connection for the broadband service at my home, but after the survey its not possible to have a connection.
So i had applied for the refund process but i haven’t get any positive response from your team, i had used WhatsApp number of yours for the refund process but perviously they were saying that the amount will be credited within two working days but its been 3 months they have’t responded neither in mail nor on WhatsApp, its very annoying and unpleasant for me to see such a response from such a high brand.
