Complaint Details:
Last year, I bought an adidas shoes (clima cool) from Qatar. It was supposed to be specified for running. I started training wearing it but whenever I wore it, I felt uncomfortable. I didn’t know why. Then from a month ago, when I started doing my work out with a private trainer, it hurted me a lot & the trainer told me that this shoes is not designed for running or even doing work out as the bottom of the shoes is high not low & that makes it hurts the bottom of my feet whenever I wear it. This is called a misleading product !!! I expected adidas to be more respectful to its customers more than that, specially that the prices are not cheap. And I need clear explanation for that !!!
