Abhibus.com service cheat with passenger.
I have booked a ticket thru abhibus platform service provider M.K. Bus travels, Vadodara to Nashik – date of journey -02 December 2016. Abhibus ticket no.#34701617146722.
I booked ticket for 8.45 pm bus.service provider shifted my seat in another bus which arriving Vadodara 10.15 pm.
Due to my grandmother funerals program in sangamner. I booked 8.45 pm bus.
But service provider cheat with me.due to this I’m reaching late for program.
I demanded 50% amount refund from Abhibus but they neglected.
Abhibus not informed me about this change.
I’m attaching my ticket details.
What to do now.help me and told how they are getting punishment.
