Hi Sir,
I have canceled three of mine orders on amazon for which they have initiated the refund process on 17th December 2016 but that amount i have yet not get in my wallet.I have made transaction using Freecharge go card of Yes bank.

Friends a.d employment this is fraud company they call the candidates that job provide by him. they called that come with in office of 1000 rs registratiron fees
and then they demand the 3000 rs

mistake of my life i going to her office and provide the money. They asked me that you will provide a job but they can, t provide a job. I call him their helpline number but they can, t receive a call. friends please not going to their fraud office they always fool them

Scam or fraud: Paytm — Failed transaction but no refund

Kindly go through the Facts of the case as mentioned below:
1. On 19-12-16, a payment of Rs. 323 was made through Paytm to Big Basket.
2. In the first attempt the transaction failed.
3. Another attempt was made for Rs. 323 through Paytm.
4. Again Payment failed.
5. The order showed no payment made and against my order Cash on delivery status was shown.
6. subsequently order was cancelled by me by calling at Big Basket Customer care.
7. Order status against my account changed to order cancelled.
8. I tried to call PayTm but nobody except IVRS is willing to listen to my problem.
9. I have given all snapshots to PayTm Facebook team and they are not willing to refund my amount.
10. despite order cancelling why money is not refunded to my account.
11. please see all attached documents with this mail.
12. Please refund my money soon.
13. its a case of cheating, theft and duping people.

Hi I am Vishal Goel and I brought samsung A7 2016, 2 months back but now it got damaged in my pocket (got band and its display also came out of phone frame) although phone is working perfectly fine . But my concern is when I brought this phone (with lots of money) with this thought that this phone will be durable and good in his performance but it was my mistake, it would have better if I bought some local china same alike phone and when I complained the same to your service center in gomtinagar lucknow they didn’t accept my complaint and asked me to visit other service center (this is how we treat our valuable customer).

In last 15 years I used nokia, motorola, LG.. etc but never used samsung phone so thought to buy one for myself but seriously my experience is very bed with the brand and the product, this product quality is very poor and cheap.

Now pls suggest what to do and where to complaint.

Pls revert with the proper solution.

On 20/12/2016 I bought things of amount 420.00 Rs and while paying at the counter, they said transaction not occured for first time so swiped again…but afterwards i came to know that the money has been deducted thrice.When i asked them, firstly they said it is under process and it will take 3 days but now they are telli that they didnot get the money twice in their account.They asked me to call the bank and its weekend so i cannot do that..but in my corporation bank account it is clearly showing that it has been credited to their account…I really wanty money back because be for them its such a small amount

Please refer to my above LIC Policy No.672942947 with your Branch. In this regard I would like to bring to your kind notice that while I was paying my LIC premium of Rs.452.00 online thru my central Bank Account No.3388492045, Branch Greater Kailash, New Delhi on 26th December 2016 it was showed some error in the system and logged out and not got the receipt. After some time I logged on to LIC site and paid the same premium online thru my above mentioned Bank and I got the receipt No.POS PRCH/5196081567006617, POS PRCH/5196081567006617 dated 26/12/2016 . Now my Bank account shows three debit balances of same amount.

I, therefore, request you to please refund the Excess amount i had paid

India’s 3rd Largest ISP ? Seriously ? When other 3rd class service provider like Rajjnet and Net Express have restored the service within a day, I considered ACT as the best, What’s your problem exactly?

Request to take immediate action since already half month has passed and the customers aren’t fools to stick with ACT, I’m on the verge of shifting back to Airtel. Very nice plans have been launched by them .

Scam or fraud: Bookmyshow — Always Unable to avail 1+1 offer on ICICI coral card

Complaint Details:
No matter how many times I try, from whichever system/browser/device I try to book ticket and try to avail 1+1 ticket offer using my ICICI Coral Credit card, I always get stupid errors and I end up paying full amount.

I checked if there is any problem with my card and called up ICICI. There is nothing wrong with my card.

Hence I tried avail other offers like Rs 100 off on ICICI Credit/Debit card, but to my surprise this was the same case even in that scenario.

Is it that BMS doesnt want customers to avail offers and pay in full?

Paytm has now crossed it Limit doing Fraud.I have tried yesterday Adding money to paytm Wallet but the transaction failed.When i have checked my bank statement Rs 3000/- got deducted from my Bank Account with different Transaction Id.So its a warning for paytm to refund the money ASAP or else i do have alternate option to go for Judicial enquiry for the same.
