i m using the postpaid plan of 249 from 25 October.that is ok and i paid the previous bill within due date .but this month in 27 december 2016 i received a bill of rs 749 in which tata docomo company is charging me extra 360 for voice portal without any reason i did not use this service also..this is very harassment for me…if the voice portal amount that is 360 is not deducted by company i m not going to pay the bill…how they can charge me extra amount i did not enjoy such service….please this is my kind request to tata docomo o solve my problem and i m ready to pay my except that voice portal charge of 360 rs ….my number is

Claims were put up on 27/06/2016 and August 2016 in my name and then my spouse. Even after seven months the claims have not been settled and on contacting the TPA office there is no response. When trying to approach senior executives there is no action towards settlement of the genuine OPD CLAIMS which are in the mediclaim policy for the employee’s of SAIL on retirement.

These claims are for the medicines prescribed after Angioplasty at the Narayana Hrudayalaya Super speciality Centre in April

I have transferred my Gas connection from Tejeswini Gas agency Sinhagad road Pune to Shree Ram gas agency Anandnagar Pune recently.

I was in the office of Shree Ram gas agency on 27 Dec 16 and the staff there by the name of “Mr. More” was very uncooperative and used abusive language against me.

It was 1.20 pm and there were 10 minutes left for his lunch time still he did not process my request for gas transfer and talked to me in a rude manner.

If this is how the employees behave the faith we have in bharat gas will be lost and consumers will move to new private gas connections like Indane and Reliance.

Dear sir

I bought reliance cash flow plan 23 nov 2013.when bought at time my advisor told me that when u paid ur fourth premium u get survival benefit.and there after every third year.But when I went last year to deposite my third premium.I asked officer sir when I get survival benefit.He told me when u paid ur fourth premium.I said him thanks sir.But now just three day before I went to deposite my fourth premium.and again I asked sir when I get survival benefit.he gave me same ans when u paid ur next premium means fifth premium.sir I want to know what is going on.and please tell me details about plan.If like this means either company froud or officer or advisor.so my kind request please give him proper training about plan.so nobody client will be doubt.
