Scam or fraud: Eureka Forbes — Non-payment of refund after taking full advantage

Complaint Details:
They took full advance payment of rs.21770 from credit card for a single cctv camera on 12/12/2016 and promised to install it the next day. I kept calling the whole of the next day without any reply on when installation will happen. They gave me a schedule only after i threatened to cancel the transaction and that schedule also they were not able to follow. Finally i cancelled the transaction and have written to their centralized customer care for a refund. It is almost ten days now and i am yet to get refund. They keep transferring me to some other department – from customer care to shopping and then to some other ‘unknown department’. Nobody has contacted me from this ‘unknown department’ where they claim that my complaint has been escalated. I want to approach customer court for my money.

I recently ordered a ps3 from quikr. Ad id is 284040438 and payment id is 5000531222 .

I received the product yesterday evening delivered by delivery courier and outer box was damaged. i thought product will be bubble wrapped inside and there will no damage to product. but when i opened the box, product was not bubble wrapped and product was damaged near the power button. It’s controller was also damaged a little.

I also have sold few items on quikr and they use to bubble wrapped every product. Why didn’t they use bubble wrapper for this item.

Due to poor packaging by the quikr and poor handling by delivery person finally it got damaged in transit. I have attached the pics and I would like to return this product. I don’t want this damaged product.

Dear sir,
My name is P.Raman, and i am using the reliance gsm prepaid karnataka mobile no. 9590884324 for the past 4 years. i have shifted to chennai in june 2015 and from that i am continuing using it with special recharge for roaming RC47.
On 24th dec 2016 i received a message from reliance that if u recharge using plan 501 before 30th dec all outgoing calls to any network in india is free for 100 days and 1 gb data.
As i am in chennai i made a call to the customer care using 198 service around 8 pm and enquired about the plan. the guy spoke told that so and so i s the plan and when i asked him whether could be used in roaming, he is not clear and told to check myself.
So again i called the customer care and clearly told him that i am in chennai and in roaming and using the sim and asked whether if i will recharge will 501 plan the outgoing calls will be free or not.
he told no problem, i could use it anywhere and i will get the outgoing call free benefit.
So i made a recharge of 501 around 8.30 pm and when i made call to my friend the balance started to cut from my main balance.

So in next day morning i called the customer care again and miss reshma begam spoke and told first the outgoing will not be free during roaming. then i informed that the guy previous night told. she told okay she will correct it and money will not be deducted.

Again i tried to make call to my friend again money got deducted from the main balance. so again i called her and she told no outgoing calls are not free and only incoming free during roaming.

i told i want solution for that she told she will connect with the higher official and transferred after 15 min also no one took the call. this happened two times and then i chatted with the customer care live chat service with nisha, she told only apology for the inconvenience caused and the action will be taken on the customer care service person.

i told her that i want the refund to my mobikwik account from which i recharged or you give the equivalent talk time value for 500 rs, as i could not use the plan and due to wrong guidance of the customer care i had recharged. she told the service request no 253082198 is registered and within 48 hrs the request will be solved.

After 48 hrs nothing happened. i again chatted today 28.12.16 then also again same story of apology and strict action on customer care person. i want the monetary benefit, i cannot loss 500 rs due to their negligence. she didnt agree. so i am complaining here.

i want the solution of refund of 501 to my account or providing of the 500 rs talk time to my account. i something to be cut for the 4 days usage of plan also no problem on pro rata basis the balance to be refunded

Hi,

I have ordered a red colored carpet from paytm #order : . The product delivered not of adequate quality so I raised a return request the very next day of receiving the product. A courier person came to collect the return pickup and since the size of product was big so he didn’t took it saying that he was on a two wheeler and cannot carry.Later after two days another person came with same issue and he also did not took the product and cancelled the return request. Now, paytm is not responding to my concerns stating that seller can accept return within 7 days of delivery. I am not able to contact and customer support as everything is on IVR and neither anyone for paytm is calling me to resolve this.

My name is Joshy M Raj. I have applied for a flexi personal loan with Kochi(Kaloor) Bajaj Finserv. The executive named Anson Jacob(Contact Number : 9633011593) came and collected all documents. After background verification I got the loan amount credited to my account in 3 or 4 days. But in the welcome email I saw that the loan type was mentioned SALARIED LOAN ONLINE. I called the executive and he assured that no need to bother that my loan is a Flexi Loan. But I saw there is no options for part payment in their online portal. Calling customer care, they replied that according to their documents my loan is a normal salary loan. But the executive told me that normal salty loan’s interest rate will be 12.5% and flexi loan’s is 13.5%. Since my real need is after 3 months, I opted for Flexi loan so that I can transfer the amount back to their virtual account. But now the loan issued a normal loan with higher interest rate of Flexi loan. The executive is playing with request saying that he send mails to his boss who is sitting in Pune. I got a CC-ed mail to Mr.Naveenkumar KM and Siddesh GR sent by Anson. Both are not replying. Its been more than a month I am wasting my time. Nowadays that executive is not taking my calls. Because of his negligence I need to pay almost Rs.20000 or more extra and there is no option for part prepayment and the foreclosure charge is 4% compared to nil of Flexi loan which I opted. Beware these guys are cheating I think. Somebody from Bajaj Finserv, please see my grievance and resolve it ASAP.

This is bring to your kind notice that a customer care executive Ms. Bhavik Shah Purohit of IDEA has committed to give Rs.300/- discount on 28.11.2016 in my last bill dated 25.11.2016 and told me that the same will be reflected in my bill next bill dated 25.12.2016. But the same has not being done and still I did not get any one time discount on my current outstanding bill as committed.

Hence, you are requested to expedite the matter and do the needful so that I can pay the current outstanding bill amount before due date if the problem could not be resolved than I will have to switch to another service provider via PORT as every time no body responded on the complaint email ID and I have more better options in the market.

As soon as i registered in naukri.com, they called from this site. Is it a fake company like clicktojobs.com. First they said, it’s an associate company of naukri.com and they shortlisted my resume for a job in Essar Company. They asked me to pay Rs.2530 including service charges as to provide assistance for life time. I thought it would be like matrimonial websites kind assistance. so i paid the fees. Then they asked for 7423 for document verification, I paid that one also, I smelled something fishy here, so i searched online for fraud websites. its very late to know about the scam. I stopped responding them.

Please help me, if anyone could in retrieving the money and also beware about the scam.
