Complaint Details:
I ordered a product (New Look Iron Wall Shelves-Set of 4) worth Rs. 1699/- on HomeShop18 on 20.11.2016. But on 05.12.2016 a wrong product was delivered to me. I talked to their customer care regarding that. They advised me to send it back to an address in Muradabad (UP) which they e-mailed me. I did the same by spending Rs. 480/- on courier charges on 06.12.2016. They also assured me that my product would be shipped as they receive my courier. They received the product which I sent back within one week. But I am still waiting for the product. I spoke to their customer care many times but even these customer care people talk in a clever and deceitful manner. I also told them to return my money but they told that I may get the product only. Feeling cheated and helpless now trying to approach media to highlight Homeshop18 as a cheater and save other people from this type of cheating by them.

I wish to lodge serious complaint against Neeta Travel. My family of three had confirmed tickets for Pune

1. We were board bus number MH04G8893 at Vijay travels Near Yogi Chembr at 1430 hrs.
2. The bus came at 1530 hrs but did not stop at Vijay Travels Chembur.
3. I chased the bus in the car and brought it to a halt at Maitri Chembur.
4. I suspect the driver wanted to sell our seats in cash.
5. My family boarded the bus.
6. I want you to take the strictest action against the Neeta Travels.

Hi

I got a SBI policy from Mumbai to Bangalore with AWB no – EA109510794IN on 28th July 2016 .

When I checked the status by tracking it shows as delivered . I went to post office in Fraser town but there is no acknowledge mentioned or sign on the delivery sheet .

I called the speed Post delivery boy several times he doesn’t answer my calls .

Please help .

Internet banking deragistration b/C personal banking not login by temporary username and password.inb service without atm card option click by mistake so personal banking not login by temporary username and password.username and password send request by mb.jaipur@sbi.co but not received username and password.so too difficult to use internet banking without username and password.
So please help.

Lalit sharma i have purchased samsung galaxy a9 pro mobile at rs.32500/- on date-10/12/2016 on same date i got heat issue in mobile and on date-12/12/2016 i have gone to samsung service center mira road east -401107 for deo they told me we will keep the mobile for one day to chek and we will give deo and second date i gone to service center again they told me your issue has been solved but i checked my mobile they had put scratch on panel of body and i have sown to him they told me you take it but i didn’t received mobile and they are not giving me proper solution so give me proper solution regarding it .

I’m Rajesh from Hyderabad, There is some balance deduction in my main balance in between date (12/22/2016 to 12/25/2016) and I have no idea about the deduction why it happened. When ever I tried to reach the customer support / Complaint support care center by dialing 198, I’ll be redirected to some technical department so they are helpless with my question.
As a platform I want answers for below two questions.
1. What is the reason for decucting balance.
2. Why I’m not connecting to respective team when I call to 198 and I even choose the correct department in IVRS.

Then after one month they ask me for exchange or refund, I agreed for Refund then on 26th October 2016 I received cheque of INR 14700/- but cheque has cheque number missing. Then again I submitted my cheque to your Authorized Service Centre: MASTERCARE SERVICES (2nd Floor, Shop 201, Market Lane, Borivali West, MUMBAI 400092 Tel. 7208963525). Now it’s been more than 2 month I have not received my Refund & whenever I call for status there is no proper response from customer care as well as your Authorized Service Centre: MASTERCARE SERVICES. & yesterday one of the Employee of MASTERCARE SERVICES (2nd Floor, Shop 201, Market Lane, Borivali West, MUMBAI 400092 Tel. 7208963525) was being abusive with me & also threatening me that if I call again for status she will not give my refund. Have you employed GOONS in your Authorized Service Centre???
