Complaint Details:
I placed an online order on 35th december’2016 and paid using the online payment gateway (M-visa). The amount of 1074.80 got charged from my a/c and pizza hut showed me a message on screen “there might be some issues with the server, please try cash on delivery”). I contacted my bank who confirmed me that payment has been made to the merchant and provided me merchant id. Then i contacted pizza hut where i experienced worst customer service. They keep telling me unable to look my order and money will be refunded. They did not took any of my details still keep saying same thing.

I have ordered a shoe last month but its not being delivered yet. Such a shameful behaviour is this. Money is already paid no contact no information. I would request that this website should be banned asap.
Cheater. I want a proper reply from the team if they are going to deliver me the shoe or not its been 1 complete month. nd i want my money back

Times pro is a fraud institute .when i was getting my admission through this they make all promises of getting 100% job placements and get 2.25lacs package of salary but these promise are totally fake and i have completed my course in march till now i have not get any job from this course and now they are also not attending calls and they make my calls busy. now i m preparing for other jobs

We have booked order for redmi 3s prime vide order number
OD207857583000507000 on 14.12.2016 through registered email I’d
and mobile number via Flipkart . At the time of ordering due to system/technical issues (hange)on the company’s website, I was unable to change the billing details. Hence the order was received with the same billing address and shipping address, at the convenience of Flipkart.

We have request Flipkart to generate duplicate invoice with a change in the
billing name, which was not accepted under the pretext of legal restrictions, which flipkart is not able justify or highlight which legal restrictions are there.

Urge to resolve the issue.

I have received a message from free charge about a cashback as a promotion for an order placed on snapdeal. But still now no e voucher or e mail stating that they’ve credited the money. I have attached the message as a proof .
This is why I hate snapdeal. Worst e commerce Website.

I have used your products and found them nice as in the quality.

And now, I have ordered two boots for 1300/- (#IN1112595), Order No. Order No.- 1132326
As I have placed the order on 12th Dec 2016 and its still showing “preparation in progress”. I have even emailed them regarding my query but never got any revert.
Earlier also two of my orders got cancelled without any information.
By when can I receive my order?

Cancellation of policy in Free Look Period, Policy No :20489486

Respected Sir,

I Vandana Khemka, Resident of 1296, Sec 14 Faridabad. I purchased a Life Insurance policy with Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd on my name, bearing Policy no : 20489486. Premium of this policy was Rs. 3 Lacs/ anum . I purchased this policy against my amount due from ICICI but as i got the policy document it is not as per my expectations, I have immediately connected the agent and discuss the same he told ok we will talk again for it after four days when I have not got any confirmation from the agent i again called n asked for cancellation then he told to submit the policy document, I on the same time sent the policy to the bank then the concerned authorities said now the time for free look is over and we cannot do anything about it.
I was shocked to hear that the free look period is over but as per me the last date has to be 28th as I have received the policy on 12th of Dec and hence considering 15days free look time the last day has to be 28th.

Considering above reason, I fail to understand that where am I at the fault when I made call to the agent informing him that i m not interested in keeping the policy

I hope with this clarification, the picture should be very clear to you and It will be easy for you to understand my situation. My only request to you is that I should not suffer for unnecessary reason where in there is no fault of mine.

So, please look into this matter and give me the justice.
