I ordered a product on Amazon on 13th December, 2016 and it get cancelled on 16th December, 2016. The amount was refunded by the amazon.In on 18th December, 2016, but still I haven’t get the refund amount.

Amazon.in gave the refund details are: Authorization code for sale transaction 668624.
Refund Reference # 74332746353635204691503.

But I haven’t get the refund yet.

I purchased 6 shirts from snapdeal.com worth Rs. 2849/- on 09/11/2016. I returned 4 out of 6 shirts. Amount of 2 shirts worth Rs. 494/ and Rs. 405/- has been refunded. I returned other 2 shirts worth Rs. 494/- and Rs. 479/-(Total – 494+479=973/-) for replacement. But, they told me that the shirts has not passed our quality check and your shirts would be returned to you without any replacement. They returned me the shirts but those shirts are totally of different colour and brands what I returned them for replacement. So, they have cheated me by sending shirts of different colour and brand. I have ordered a product with order#20161216060742-2852999 and money has been deducted from my account and I received a mail for successful transaction. But I didn’t got any Track ID yet to track my order. I have also called so many times on 09211907907(SSS customer no.) but nobody attend me on call. I have also generated a ticket against this concern with Ticket Received – [#441970] but no one is there to resolve it. I want to get my money back if you guys won’t be able to get my ordered product. Or if tell me the status of my product so that I can track it.

Respected sir, my name is Aniket Jadhav from Akurdi, Pune-33.maharashtra.
I received the first call from “www.dealsnshopping.com” company, The caller told me that this is a new website and for brand promotion they are giving away gift items (Ipad, Mobile Phone) to people who buy from their website. she said firstly you need to register on our website by purchase any product minimum amount. so i purchase a sunglasses of rs 100 then she said you”ll receive confirmation call from our side next day.
Next day i receive call +911400946346 and this time person who was takling told his name “Rajeev kumar”. He told me that u hv won a prizes(dell laptop) 48000/-and for that i need to pay a registration fees 4500/-. So i completed that process.. After that nxt day i got a call that for delivery charges u need to pay 1500 ‘DHFL’. &7000/- for insurance for laptop incase any damage caused. And this amount will be refunded at the time of delivery by dhfl.
I Denied to pay more amount but mr.rajeev told me that you can trust on me we will surely give you your prize but you have to complete this process so that we can move your file further. As said by Him I made a Payment of 8500/- after that he called me and said that I will proceed further for you prize regarding… it will take about 48hrs.
Next day i received call from phone and He asked for my photo ID & passport size photo
to be mailed to info@dealsnshopping.com. I did the same immediately. While I got the payment confirmation from my bank I did not get any confirmation from their website nor any call.
After two days I got a call and they said that sir you have to have to make a payment of 7500/- for cheque release (2500/- each for 3 cheques). I said them that I cannot make this payment as I don’t have money. But after a long talk(argument) with Mr. Rajeev he said that if you make this payment you will get a call from bank for confirmation your account and details and he convinced me to pay the amount and said that he will take the responsibility. I asked him that if they ask me to pay more amount after this I’m not going to pay it and they will refund me my full amount which I have paid up till. So mr.rajeev said yes sir sure. The second day I made a payment of 7500/- (the total amount I paid till now is 20000/-). In between they called me and offered me that sir you can take your cash prize or we can give you royal Enfield bullet bike. I refused it and said that please return me my amount and don’t want to continue keep your prize with you only.

After some days I got a call and they said that sir you have this much prize amount and I have received your file so we have to move further for completion of your file. And they said that sir for account linkup you have to pay some amount and your cheques will be released by us. The moment they said that you have to pay some amount… I requested them to cancel all my process and return me my full amount(20000/-), but they refused. They said that sir you complete this process (pay 13000/- for account linkup and we will give you your prize amount). But I denied it and requested them to give me my payment which I paid to them.
But Rajeev said me that sir it’s a long process and we can send you a product list you will have to select a product on which you have paid a amount already to us. But I denied because their product are too costly compare to other websites. And I don’t want any product from them I want my money back.
I have all call recordings from day1.

They are not refunding me my amount A week gone but no pone call come.
I humbly request you to please once investigate the matter and get me my money back.
I made mistake in trusting these people

Dear Sir,

I am a frequent customer of Amazon. I have tried to purchase amazon e-mail gift card for the amount of Rs.1500 and while I am making payment I saw banner displayed about this additional 10% & 15% discounts for amazon pay balance so I have gone through the banner message T&C and there is no condition mentioned that it’s not applicable for purchasing e-mail gift card from amazon but now because of amazon miscommunication and insufficient information I have added amazon pay balance but I am not able to use it for purchasing amazon e-mail gift card which I wanted now.. It’s clearly shows that it’s really a mistake from amazon.in on displaying wrong promotional offer banner message which is not applicable item which is during checkout on card and on top of this offer related banner T&C link doesn’t have any sufficient information that this amazon pay balance can’t be used for purchasing e-mail gift card. All related screenshot attached for reference.

I have discussed with customer care to rectify the issue and provide resolution on refunding my money back to my account which is caused because of amazon wrong promotional offer banner message which is not applicable item which is during checkout on card and on top of this offer related banner T&C link doesn’t have any sufficient information that this amazon pay balance can’t be used for purchasing e-mail gift card.

Amazon customer service representative incapable to under stand consumer issue and provide a solution or take any additional action on this issue. He has dragged the call to around 1 hour 35 mins but even thought there was no proper solution provided by the customer service representative for my issue.

So I wanted to have Rs.1500 amount refund back to my card ASAP which is processed through order # 408-4230681-5352310.

Did online recharge 28/12/2016 for an amount 97₹.but its not active yet .i lost 97₹ from my account.after that I agin recharged by 10₹ also debited but not credited to my sim.the transaction details uploaded as photos.i saw in site that the transactions as pending .please help me .recharge is done today (28/12/2016).its very sad that I lost total 107₹

This company is a complete fraudulent and I can say it from my experience as it is almost my one year with this company now.
I paid them money 20, 000 on 11th Jan, 2016 and they told me I will get a Job in three to four months but it almost going to be a year now.
Every time they come with a new story and now they want more money and they have done nothing so far.Dear All,

I have a sb acount in union bank of india faridabad main branch
A/c no is 354401020126439.
On 18th december 2016, i tried to withdraw rs2000/from vijaya bank’s atm at chandni chowk and atm m/c was unable to dispense 2000 amount (Due to higher cut dispense limit type msg on atm m/c screen) and same time i got msg of inr 2000 debit from a/c while it was not dispense by m/c.
For this i request to customer care same day of union bank of india and they gave me assuarance of return said amount in 24 hours if not they will registered a complain next day. On 19/12/2016 when i not received the amount in to my account i call to customer care for registered a complaint regarding this issue and send a written email also to agrao@unionbankofindia.com

Pl look into the matter and arrange reversal of the same.

Dear sir,
I have 1800 rupees in my paytm account. I recharge my mobile number on 22nd dec. 2016 but i don’t because i shows session is expired then i login my account but it shows wrong password and then it shows your account is temporarily locked then after 2 hrs i again login then i shows nil 0.0 balance instead of 1800 rupee.
It is first time i am seeing this kind of thing still using paytm ( last 2yrs).

My Paytm Account number is link with my mobile number 9911524600.

I would request to refund my money as soon as possible.

I have ordered Samsung power bank from your bookmyoffer.com.but it was totally damaged product.I have attached you the photos and it was not Samsung a duplicate one and not working product, totally a dubba not usable..what kind of service do this company gives to their customers.????I must tell no one will going to use this stupid website for shopping..it’s a fraud website.i want my money back in full amount.i really don’t want to get a duplicate product from this fraud peoples.please take this product back and give my money asap.please do the needful.
