Hi,
I have taken their mediclaim policy for my parents and grand father from
thru Broker : Prudent & TPA: VipulMedcorp
Insurance company : National insurance
We have just received the JIo jac card and policy card from Vipulmedcorp.
Paid premium of 13026 rs thru MC to prudent broker in first week of september in lower parel office.
I have been chasing Prudent for invoice of the premium paid but they are just saying that they are coordinating with national insurance and they will provide once they get from them,
But i feel its their duty as broker to get things moving and provide required details to customer.
Mr Suri is asistant manager in Prudent lower parel office who is good for nothing.
I am looking for invoice so that I can submit the same to get income tax rebate u/s 80D.
Since they are not providing the same I am loosing on time to submit the same and I will have to pay the tax.
Kindly get this issue highlighted and help in resolving the same.
