Complaint Details:
On 25th December 2016 I visited Shop Rajasthali Cottage Industries on Mehrangarh Fort Road. I shopped for around Rs. 40000. Since it was government recognised Shop, I did not doubt in the reliability. After visiting other Shopsand markets, they have charged me thrice of an original price. Then I also found that they have dobe this with other customers too, but nobodys has taken any action against this Shop. They are going to courier these Items to me and I hope that I will received them. In between, I want to Check that how can I get my extra charged money back.

They r selling fake products, are frauds, cheaters. When I asked to take d product return, since it’s mentioned on website that 30 days free return. But almost a month i followed up, they stopped taking my calls & kept on delaying by saying next week everytime & today they said v won’t take it back. Widout even letting me no d reason. Pathetic ppl, selling fake products, are cheaters, liers. Will not recommend anyone to buy from them. They should be punished for fooling ppl.

Edureka is an indian e-learning platform which I have used. I spent some $1000, signing up for three courses on Big Data & Hadoop, Python, and R.

Below are some of my thoughts:
1. It feels as if the instructors woke up in the morning, got a cup of coffee, and sat in front of their computers to teach. What exactly are they teaching…? Slides, power point slides. They read off of it, like it’s a Dr. Seuss’s book. They do some examples, but they are right on the slides… a simple copying of the code into the terminal. They go over the code by way of reading it… as though that is enough… how educational!

2. The cost: Given the various platforms for e-learning. I would say the live instructors that I have come across, two very nice individuals, and one sarcastic to the point of condescending, seem to be working professionals trying this out. They want feedback, but they often don’t create an environment for honest feedback. They seem to say, “don’t ruin my evaluation… if you have something to say, say it to me… and your venting should be enough for you.” In short, I won’t change, but you can change your attitude about me. As though what they are doing is a service to humanity, and just their presence is enlightenment for us. How illuminating!

3. Sales tactics: At first I signed up for one course: Big Data and Hadoop. Before even the first class began, I received a number of phone calls and emails, asking me to join for other classes, and they will give me an extraordinary 27% discount, highest they can go… and they would have to talk with their sales manager before it’s possible. What rubbish! As a fool, I signed up… three classes… with the idea that I can choose “sessions” at a later time. One after the other, the courses began but very quickly it dawned on me how poorly the whole experience is. Refund… what refund!

4. Do-over? If I had to choose Edureka! again, I believe I would stay clear of it. I am now using Udemy and am happy with lectures and quizzes that are quite professional and at 3% of the cost of Edureka. Wonderful!

Order ID: 17424150855 placed on 21.12.2016 for item IndiWeaves Multicolour Woollen Leggings – Pack of 4, age 9-10 years
On 23.12.2016, item delivered and it was found that the order received is not the same as order placed.
Order promised to deliver 4 woollen leggings for 9-10 years but instead
Two woollen (black and beige) and two cotton leggings (red and green) were sent
23.12.2016- Return and replace request was made.
26.12.2016 – Replaced item received.
Gain the item delivered was not same as ordered placed. Same cheating has been done again.
Two woollen (black and yellow) and two cotton leggings (red and green) were sent.
Its very unprofessional on part of snapdeal and their retailers to cheat the customer twice for same thing. When woollen legging order was there, why the cotton leggings were sent.
Also again even after mentioning the issue is with the material of the leggings sent in the return and refund request, same mistake has been repeated.
First purchase with SNAPDEAL have left me with such bitter experience, I would never recommend this site/ portal for any procurement.
Its highly unethical and professional and would never make any purchase from SNAPDEAL in future and will caution others for same.

KA64 2099 this is my new baleno vehicle number am given a 30000km service @ saketh motors tiptur branch, but service not good, still engine noice, pickup, milege, suspention problem, am given these all complaints for service advisore, he is only for change ingine olil, oil flter, and fuel filter changed only. but not rectifide ours coplaints. am not satisfide with this branch service. please kindly do the needfull… very very worst service doing in this branch this is not only my complaint it is our area customers feed back… plz take a serious action, , , , .

Respected sir/Madam, I had complained about my cancelled policy no130038177 of no refunded amount of rs 3000 before almost 10 days . Which13 days have passed from the date of cancelld day . One of representative from max life customer care contacted me after comlained and I was assured to be contacted after refunding the amount . But as yet neither refund nor any call have come from max life incurance. Dear sir/Madam, please refund my rs 3000 as earliest as a reputated and responsible incurance company for every indian citizen . So I hope quick action from max life incurance not assurance .

Sir,

Service NO: 2014 13348.

Today on 28.12.2016 at around 11:00 AM, Line Man of Nagaram Area (Mob NO: 9949380971)
has come for disconnecting the electricity connection for not paying the outstanding bill.

We have paid the full bill on 27.12.2016 USC NO 109919801. Even though we have shown the SMS received from TSSPDCL, and persuaded him not to disconnect; he disconnected and without information, he left the place.

With great difficulty we found the contact no.s of the sub-station, paid the fine Rs. 75/- (RCPT:51113280867, ERO:311) and told the dept for re-connecting. after 5 hours, at 16:00 the same person has came and demanding 100/- bribe without which he will not connect. after wasting half an hour of our time for not giving bribe, he finally re-connected.

with such an arrogant behavior, it appears that, he is not even the employee of the electricity department. you are requested to process the complaint and take necessary action accordingly so that the consumers won’t get effected in future.

My transaction Id: 4640445293 an amount of Rs 2000 was requested to refund into my credit card account. Today it completed 11 days from the request and still it is not reflecting in my credit card account nor in Paytm wallet. The refund status shows as pending in Paytm. Whenever I raise a complaint I will get a reply after two days saying it will be credited within two working days and mail says they working on priority. But nothing happened with even after 11 days.

I was purchased 1000VA inverter and 150AH Battery of Mahindra powerol company at Sri Sai Enterprises(P) Ltd., Vinayaknagar Nizamabad on 22-10-2016. As it was not working since 7th of this month, I lodged complaint to the customer care, bearing no..20160712002.The company technician visited and repaired and told me that inverter works after two days. But it has not been working after two days and again I contacted customer care and on their advise I spoke South India manager and area manager of the company. So far I could not get any response from the company. Hence I am requesting you to provide justice at the earliest.
