I would like to inform to your office that, since 1 month my mother had given her new Samsung J5 prime at Samsung care, Pandhri, Raipur to get repaired for Hardware fault from Samsung.

Since last 1 month she taking follow up, but part is not available & handset is still with samsung care.

I just want to confirm following.

1) Should we stop buying Samsung phones.
2) Why are you manufacturing sub standard products.(china items)
3) How should we communicate? Since 1 month she is not able to use her mobile no.
4) You are taking money as per your prices, then why are not we getting service.

Request you to replace hand set immediately. Failing which we will take legal action against your company.

On 30th Dec 2016 I ordered a bag from shop.adidas.co.in and my mode of payment was paytm wallet. As I did the payment of ₹1011 a window poped up saying “order cannot be placed please try again later” but the money got deducted from my paytm wallet. Since then I have tried every way of forwarding my issue to the conserned department but the only response i get is to wait for 24 to 48
hours. I registered my complaint through their app, through call and also on facebook but the issue is not yet resolved and my money has not been refunded.

Hi,
Ref. with my Conn no: 241/031/431, i received the current consumption charges mail on Jan 3, 2017. When I login into my account the last date of payment was 19-12-2016. If i am going to pay the arrears charges Rs. 60 will be adding automatically. I went to our EB office (Alandur), they said we cannot do anything and you have to pay with arrears. I checked with customer care support, they checked and explained about the scenario Our EB person updated on Jan 3, 2017 only. So you got the notification mail on same day. Same previous payment also i did with arrears only for the same reason. This is second time, how I can pay. I did not make anything wrong. I am properly paying bill on time. Kindly resolve this issue and let me update the exact bill without arrears.

I committed the mistake of taking help from Bajaj Finance to buy some products for home and they are misusing my phone number. They have been calling up my numbers offering their services through automated messages. In a day we receive around 6-8 phone calls and they are very irritating indeed. We have given them our phone numbers for them to handle it responsibly – but they are taking advantage of it. They treat their customers like a piece of ####… Please stop these irritating phone calls immediately on 7674014056 / 7674014057. I want action on this immediately please.

Complaint Details:
The Internet Connection was disrupted due to cyclone Vardah in Chennai on 12th December, 2016.
Received an SMS after that, saying the services will be restored by 23rd Decemeber, 2016.
I have been calling the Customer Care everyday on the numbers provided, they picked up the calls only after multiple attempts to call.
Even after that everytime they would say that a technician will visit by evening and rectify the issue today itself.
They registered the complaint only twice for which I received complaint numbers.
Even after all this, Nobody ever visited and since a week, they have even stopped taking calls now since a week.
Yesterday I even received couple of SMS stating the account has expired and needs to be recharged.
Why should a user recharge when the connection itself hasn’t been working since almost a month till today, i.e. 10th January, 2017.
