i had complained for same on 24th Dec. ticket no is 18936674
some one has attended on 2nd Jan but issue not resolved and i had informed same on 3rd Jan 2017

But you has append a new ticket 18983806 for this and Serves centre is asking charges for same and still issue not resolved.

kindly get this issue resolve on urgent basis…

Dear sir,
My name is Ashok kale and my mobile number is 7666054429. I port this num on 9th dec 2016 from airtel to reliance. Reason uske piche ki muje airtel se acha plan mil raha tha jis mein unlimited calling and 2 gb net free our usi baat se maine num airtel toh reliance mein port kiya. When i purched this sim tab wo reliance ka tha uske piche reason ye hai ki i trust this comapany… i love to use this company’s simcard but becouse of some reason maine ye sim card port kiya dusre company pe or on9th dec maime fir reliace port kiya.
Sir, reason mera is mail ke piche ki jab se maine ye num reliance mein port kiya ab se leke ab tak yani (9th jan 2017) nahi muje thik se mobile ko range mila h nai thik se meim kis se baat kar paya hu when ever i called muje ek he msg ata hai display par ki that (your network is not registered ) or samne wala call kare toh swich off dikha ta hai i try from my side jitna bhi muj se ho sakta 5 time gallary mein jake aaya but every time mein apne problem ke baare mein bata ta hu tab tab unka ek he jawab hota h ki 4g reliance sim ka network problem h or wo aapko he nai sab ko h. Ye 1st point or muje ye baat jis time mein port kar raha tha tab pucha bi tha maine network ke baare mein lekin provider ne muj se zhut bola ki network acha hai aap use kar ke dekhiye. Maine gallary mein jake customer care se ghanto yahi baat kahi ki koi sollution chaiye muje is baat pe lekin unhone muje saf saf kaha ki kuch bi nai ho sakta jab tak comapany kuch nai karti. Muje already is sim se bahut porblem face karni pad rahi h… or mein nai chahta ki muje or problem ho… so reqest to you sir ki muje mera problme 3 din mein clear kar ke do… otherwise muje is pe koi or legally complate uthana padega..

I had a order from koovs .. the delivery boy did not call me before the delivery . Mayb went into worng flat and cancelled my pacakge without informing me .. and there is such arrogance from their end .. my order awib no. Was 11214113981
And this keeps happening .. v disappointed and plus they chatge us money for delivery then why such rude and arrogant behaviour when they cant provide good service

I surrendered my Tele No 25441725- in APRIL 2015. I visited Panihati Exchange several time for refund of Deposite Money (Rs. 1, 745/- ) but get no positive response
from you end till today.
Please inform me when and how I can get my above said money. Please note my BSNL mobile no. is 9432305930 for contact.
Please take necessary action at your earliest and obliged.

Hi I Am Vinay, I had an issue with airtel wallet cash back offer transaction I’d 747284766 rs 457.52 I booked ticket in BMS through airtel wallet and their was an offer from airtel of 25 % cashbach on the amount booked on 1st Jan 2017 and airtel was supposed to pay it back with in 2 days of my booking date. But it almost 9 days still I have not received the cash back amount and also I raised the complaint on Jan 3 complaint no 193016
But still now I dint get any response from airtel .please resolve this issue asap

Sir,

I had purchased a SAMSUNG Mobile Model: SM – J700F/DD S.No.RZ8GA1B2RDZ on 12/11/2015 and after seven months the Phone has developed a defect and not showing network. Accordingly, I had deposit the Mobile at Authorize Service Centre Name M/s ABACUS INFOSYSTEMS, No.W.5/595, RGT Road, Port Blair Andaman for repairing as the mobile is under warranty period. After 07 seven days the had repaired the mobile and handed over to me. But 02 weeks later the phone has developed the same defect and I had again deposited the mobile to Authorized Samsung Service Centre, P/Blair on 03/11/2016 and after checked they will told me that both SIM Slots are not working and they have not skilled technician. Hence, the Mobile will be send to Chennai for its repairing and they will assured me the mobile will come within 02 or 03 weeks after repair. But till date I have not got my mobile. On several inquiry made from dealer they will told only “Aa jayaga do teen din me”.

Sir please informed me the actual position of my mobile and also request to please follow up with your Authorized Service Centre of Port Blair. SO that the customer have not faced the inconvenience as my present posting is so far about 250 KM from the Service Centre at Mayabunder.

I had recharged Delhi Metro Card through PAYTM on Dec 26 2016. But transaction show failed and money was deduct (amount deduct 190 rupees from my bank account and 10 rupees already in my paytm wallet).

I contact PAYTM care they said…

Payment of Rs. 200 failed!
Your payment has been declined by your bank. Please contact your bank for any queries. If money has been deducted from your account, your bank will inform us within 48 hrs and we will refund the same.

Dear Sir,

Ref : Account No : 0589053000003378. Branch Paravattany. Thrissur.

On 29th December 2016 I had a made a transaction for Rs.399/- at Reliance Trends, Shobha mall around 5.00 pm. On swiping the instrument showed payment declined. So I was asked to swipe another card. On reaching home I found that the amount had been deducted from my account through SMS.
I have given a letter of representation at Poonkunnam SIB branch. Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. Kindly let me know the status.

Scam or fraud: Uber India — Not provide proper service

I booked a auto on dt.18.12.2016 at 5.15p.m. and also get a call at 5.17p.m. So I wait at main road since 45 minutes Auto not came. Why I had wait in evening and cold in main road? No body inform me, when I tried to contact with that no not connected. But I had penalized Rs.25/- in next day. I did not know what mistake done by me? Physically mentally and financially I harassed by UBER service.
This not once, again I had book a Auto yesterday at.3.45p.m. driver contact me but not reached with me, when I contacted with driver he replied ” he cancelled the trip”. How and why that is happening in UBER. I had wait mininmum 20 minutes at main road. No body inform me.

Why always customer panelized? because he give you business. If I will not justice I will go for court of law.
