Complaint Details:
I purchased a washing machine in 2015 from IFB.The firm has offered me 4 year warranty on the product. The preventive maintenance which need to be done periodically was not done properly. Only once they had provided preventive service visit.
The unit is not working from last three months. All my efforts to contact customer care were not successful over the toll free numbers provided in IFB website .As the issue is very urgent, I made a visit to the dealer from where I bought the item (Bajaj Electronics, Forum Mall, Malasian Township). Though the dealer raised complaint requests thrice, no one from M/s IFB is supporting to solve the problem.
I could contact IFB last week through the sms requests mentioned in the company website and was finally lodge a complaint ( Request No:1104490252). The request was then transferred to their Hyderabad office and though I am making efforts for availing the maintenance, nobody is keen to attend for the service.
Kindly help for availing the service from vendor as indicate in the warranty .
