Scam or fraud: State Bank of India — ROG for mental stress after erroneous deduction of 1,69,300.00 Rs amount from my account

Dear Sir/Madam

I have an account in SBI branch
Branch Name – Naval Base Kochi
Branch Code – 10568
Account No – 20057244895

I have given a cheque of 1, 693.00 for account payee by checque leaf no 559249.
It got clear by SBI Main Branch, haldia Dock. Bank Details are as follows
Branch Name – SBI Branch, haldia Port
Branch Code – 01360

But Due to your branch negligence my account was deducted by 1, 69, 300.00 Rs instead of 1, 693.00 Rs.

My number is registered with SBI. I used to receive so many messages but this debit message i didn’t get. Fortunately i checked my account with net banking on 17 Dec 16. Then i knew that my account was debited erroneously on 14 Dec 16. I have contacted same time to local branch (At Surat). I filed compliant. i contacted the respective branch. After so many efforts, dedication and patience my account was credited back on 20 Dec 16. Statement attached here. Where is my mistake? Why should i suffer?

I lost 7 days interests. 5 of my MOD accounts were cracked. If i didn’t check my account online then what were happen? as such i didn’t get any message. After complaint you took so much time. Branch manager told reverse transaction will take time view sat and sunday. no one will work. He was also saying that it can happen, its normal, due Demonetisation every one have more load. Are all these excuses?

Sir i am also an gov employee. i am a defence officer. I vl never give excuse of saturday and sunday. I have to complete my work within stipulated time with no mistake whatever the reason. Some thing happened with me that time of period then who will pay to my family? Heart stroke can be happen after see so much amount of deduction.

Will u able to do some justice?

My order number 5203528052 for an amount of rs 545 from www.patanjaliayurved.net confirmed on 3rd jan 2017 has not been processed. Also there is no information about it on their website. Their customercare doesn’t attend calls. No response to the mailed complaints. I want the order delivered as those medicines are necessary for my health. Otherwise i want my money back.

I am Akhilesh From Allahabad, Order ID-17545700128, , after that i received this product sucessfuly on dated 02-01-2017 but when i open this product and found Totally Different and Old item that i ordered after that i proceed for refund and register my complain against this with justification of “Different & old item”but Yesterday when courier boy comes from JV express and deny to accept this product.Even i called your customer care many times and they say only” don’t worry they will arrange next pick up” and today 6 days passed there is no action is taken from your side. This is very shameful for you (Snapdeal) that Firstly you Fraud with me and secondly you provide this cheap service i am not satisfy with your service even i full mood to didn’t buy anything from your Shopping Website …

Please Initiate my refund process asap…

Now i have suffered to call your costumer care and they always says that thay have updated my concern but still there is no updation/Action done from your side..

Now please Snapdeal stop this type cheap service otherwise i will spreadout your this cheapness with my colleague, family & friends and also complaint in consumer forum…

There is no person with qualified pharmacist in the shop also shop has no License. This is a serious issue they are playing with the people life kindly see the matter so that people will not get suffer they are not selling also prescribed medicine they are selling medicine to public as over the counter medicine without any prescription of a Doctor which is offence kindly see the matter . so that this kind of medicine store could not play with people life.

I have visited reliance digital xpress mini store located at Vivekanda Nagar kukatpally main road. I have visited for jio sim and I was asked to wait for 2 mins to serve the customer who came to the store after me. I had waited for 15mins and asked the store keeper to provide me the sim as I am getting late. Then he rudely told me, u have to wait for 30mins or go to the other store because he is showing mobiles to the other customer. Then I told him, as I came first u have to serve me and the response I got from him is really shocking.. he told if I give jio sim I won’t get any money, but if I show this customer they will buy mobile and I will get money. So wait for 30mins or go to other store. Such a stupid irresponsible person and the response he gave to me. Jio sim is also a product offered by the Reliance, I don’t understand if anything is provided for free, there won’t be any importance for the customers who are getting them???

I had purchased a Mobile from iberry during August 2015.
Mobile Model : AUXUS Note 5.5
Mc. Sl. No. : NT2014082638
with IMEI No. 1 : 354407038234323
IMEI No. 2 : 354407038234331
Also I had purchased one extra battery for the same in the same month.
The original battery which came with Mobile lasted for eight months. Then it started swelling and the Mobile used to get heated up fast and hence I have to replace with the second battery in May 2016. And in November 2016 the second battery also started swelling. When I contacted iBerry customer care, they said battery for AUXUS Note 5.5 is out of stock and will be available in a month. But since then I have been calling up to their customer support people and inquiring regarding the battery.
And today they have crossed all limits. The representative says this mobile is discontinued and they cannot supply any battery now.
This means we have to throw down in dustbin a Mobile purchased in Mid 2015 which costs us nearly 16000/-.
I need the battery badly.
Is some one listening. Then please drag this iBerry India company to consumer court / Consumer Forum.

Sir, i am regular user of aircel telecom. I recharged my aircel no. 9852763208 by an amount Rs 20 and then an Rs15 deducted from it without any reason. And this not happened this time only, many times i faced the problem of balanced itself gets deducted in aircel .Customer care is also not responding .this kind of again and again deduction make my trust broken and compell me to me quit the service. Sir kindly check the problem and solve it. I m frustated of this balance reductance without any reason.
