My tdr id 100000132944407 was rejected without verifying the facts. I have booked ticket to my son to travel on 13-12-2016 in gt express pnr number 2806121724 from ramagundam to madras the scheduled train on 13-12-2016 was arrived about 18 hours late and it was reached ramagundam r. S on 14-12-2016 afternoon. As my son had an examination on 15th dec and in view of abnormal delay, i have sent my son by purchasing general ticket in g. T express arrived ramagundam r. S on 13-12-2016. The scheduled departure of this train is on 11-12-2016 and was left new delhi on 12-12-2016 and reached ramagundam r. S on 13-12-2016. I. E 24 delay. Please advise the concerned to verify the facts and reimburse the refund. I request the concerned authority not to repeat such incidents and not to suffer the consumers.

This is to inform the concerned authorities that operator of mother dairy booth no 80125 at dwarka sector 11 apartments is always very unpleasant, discourteous and disrespectful to interact with. He would always blame the mother dairy for any issues related to fruits vegetables or others. For eg use paytm as promoted by mother dairy can’t be availed with for several silly reasons from him

He would never be willing to go an extra mile to cheer the customer.

Would appreciate if appropriate action is taken against him.

Scam or fraud: Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Street dog bite and menace

My complain is about mcd not doing anything about street dogs in mayur vihar phase 1, pocket 4. I was bitten by one dog, unprovoked, on 20th december 2016, which resulted in several teeth bites, a big bruise and blood clots in one of my legs. I was saved from more severe damage by residents thankfully intervening to scare the dogs away.

These bites have been the case with many residents for more than over a year now. Residents are scared to go out and can’t sleep because of fear and constant barking. Many visitors have been attacked as well. It’s a case of dogs ruling the streets and dogs lives being valued more than humans.

It is important mcd acts to resolve this before a major fatality occurs.

It is shameful that international standards in this case are not being followed in india, where animals who attack humans, unprovoked, are put down. Mcd should be ashamed.

Flying on 1 jan delhi to mumbai to 6e-665,
1. This is absurd, if i have done a booking with a travel portal, it has happened in last two travels that the mobile indigo app does not recognise the pnr no for check in
It shows “you have no booking with indigo” and doest allow to check in and pre confirm our preferred seat
2. The airline site however recognises the pnr to automatically allocate a middle seat always, do you think we adore the middle seats and are dying to get one, i’m sure no we are not, if you have done auto check in then have the courtesy to allocated window or isle seats.
3. Your staff seems to have lost all their basic service industry mannerism, they don’t check the tickets, they don’t know the status, they have a denial for everything until they are asked repetitively to check and they have a straight face which is a total pissing look and hates the fact we have to fly with your airline

I joint this company by depositing rs3000, they give me work to type pdf file into ms word in same font and same file but in pdf to ms word. I completed my work and submit it, company promised me 20% mistakes are ok, after that per mistakes 50 paise will reduce, my full salary for one assignment is 15000, so i completed my work and check correctly before submiting, after that company said my mistakes are 40% and they will not pay any money, and will not refund myjoining money 3000, also they have taken rs.2000 extra for checking the job done. This happened on 22-dec-2016 & now we are in 3rd jan 2017 but still i not got refund to paytm wallet.

This is horrible service from paytm

I never able to book my movie ticket through paytm at all.

Your customer service team comes with reply that refund already given but only one refund given – not two refund… it should be two refund at two times money deducted.
Movies ticket never booked at all so it should be two refund as two debit done.

Your team needs to learn very basic maths.

Two times money deducted & only one time credit given for both of this orders.

This is regarding the behaviour of Meenakshi Garden outlet in West Delhi.

TERRIBLE is the word. Restaurant Manager SUNIL KUMAR doesn’t know how to talk, this person is PATHETIC, ILL-MANNERED. Instead of apologizing for his fault, he had the audacity to raise his voice and started saying things. I will never suggest anyone to consider this bad outlet. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The payment was made online through my debit card.

Contacted your outlet after 40 mins to check the status. I was told that the executive was on his way and will process the refund of INR 300/- as he was not able to reach on time.
I had to make another call after an hour and got the same response.

Finally when the delivery boy came after 1hour 15mins, we did not get any update from him. Hence I had to call your outlet again.

Post that someone told me that they’ll be sending the delivery boy to my place to process the refund. I had to call again as no one turned up.

Then I asked the executive to connect me to the Restaurant Manager (SUNIL KUMAR), I was AMAZED to hear his response. His behaviour was UNACCEPTABLE.

Saying no to the customer is one thing, getting RUDE, not accepting his fault and saying things to a woman is highly shameful. He pretends that he is the one who is running the outlet and doesn’t give a damn.

May I request you to kindly look into the matter. I hope to get some response from your team.
