I am a resident of rz-3 street no. 11 madanpuri, west sagarpur, new delhi-110046
I am complaining for blockage of all the sewers in my street. Dirty water is coming out of the sewer and flowing all around the street and due to this there is all dirty water, sewage slurry, human waste in the house. It is creating dirt, disease, mosquitoes and water logging at my street. Mcd workers are not cooperating to solve this problem. We’ve been facing the problem since 1 week. We complained against this but nobody has come to see and solve the situation from mcd. We need a sewage collector machine for this purpose.

Complaint Details:
The amount of 2000 rupees still not refund in my state bank account.. I have send back money to my bank accounts dated 20.12.2016 and i have received a msg (We have refunded rs. 2000 to your sbi bank for the your order id 2426194410 on paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount) but still we have not received the rs. 2000 in my bank.
Please solve this problem

Complaint Details:
I am facing a lot of issues while using paytm. I make payments using it, and it shows that the transaction has failed but the amount has been deducted. while transferring the amount from my paytm wallet to my bank account the transactions are again and again failing.
I’ve made three transactions using it. first to pay for my movie tickets and the other two for transferring the amount to my bank account from my paytm wallet. While paying for my tickets the amount was deducted but the transaction failed. the customer care services for paytm are not showing any concern.
Please make any paytm customer care representative communicate to me. as soon as possible.

Complaint Details:
I ordered clothes and shoes worth rs 4134 and tried to pay through debit card, the amount of 4449 is debited from my account and the order was also not confirmed as one item became out of stock during my payment process.
Next it showed order not placed, then i tried to place the order through cash on delivery. But still the money has been 4449 has been debited from my account.
Myntra has not given any transaction number to show that the payment has been made but order not confirmed.

Complaint Details:
This is with reference to ticket booking through my account of irctc, that i had booked a train ticket from ndls to jhansi on dt-22 dec. And the payment was done through my hdfc debit card. The payment was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. Message was forwarded on my mob. Containing deduction of rs. 1040 and ref. No-635790085638 at irctc12027.
The same ticket was taken again through net-banking. So my refund is still pending and not came back into my account. So please look into this issue and solve asap.

. issue is distance charged. please see distance from jalvayu tower gurgao to rkpuram (my home). it is around 22 km but charged for 44.2 km. the amount chaged 1031/-. it is almost 3 times the fare i paid while going to same place in the morning same date. how return fare is 3times is not clear for same distance. system can go wrong due to technical problem which needs to be resolved manually by seeing the logic. but company refused to accept. needs to be resolved amicably before the matter escalates

Hi,

This is to bring in your notice that i’ve not received my books yet for the course i have enrolled which is diploma in creating writing in english. My enrollment number is: 166117421. I took admission for 2016-2017 sessions. I have visited the rajghat center many times but i was always told that i’ll be receiving the books in one month but i haven’t received it yet. Am suppose to be giving my exams in march or april. Kindly do the needful.
