Hi,

This is regarding my transaction no – axmb170021821759
Which was wrongly credited in wrong account number of canara bank-0268101221324 with different name,
O first let me know when details are incorrect than why transaction successfully done in account,
2nd things that i confirmed with the beneficiary bank it account is currently in suspended mode than why amount credited to that account
O finally i need my amount to be credited to my account asap or transfer the amount in correct account -0268101221323

Complaint Details:
I had placed an order for a bouquet of chocolates on the 1st of January, 2017 which has not been delivered till date through the website called flaberry the domain name is (http://www.flaberry.com/) with the order number 300002784. The order was expected to be delivered between 12-4 on the 1st but it was not at all delivered and hasn’t been delivered till date. I am not surprised with this incident because the customer service is very poor and I am aware of that now. All I need is the refund of the amount paid. The total value of the order was 1349 and I would be very pleased if you can help me in this matter as I am not getting proper response from the customer care team.I spoke to the customer care people and they refused to refund the money and did not even deliver the bouquet. My order no. is 300002784.

I had purchases a cell phone ( Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) dated 10/06/2016, immediately within a span of one month a technical problem occurred due to which my phone started having grey broad lines on the display which was sorted by the Mis. Rekha Tanwar around 24 july 2016 with an assurance that this problem will never ever going to occur. I was being told that it is a technical problem and If I am not mistaken S7 edge is the latest phone by Samsung and if the phone is having such problems that means company isnot at all concerned towards it’s customers. The company wouldn’t have said the same if the problem in the screen was due to the fault of its customer. I am even having an email from Mis. Rekha Tanwar assuring me that the same won’t happen again. But, again the same problem has occurred with my screen on 30th dec due to which it is showing some pixels on the top left corner. I emailed regarding the same to MIs. Rekha Tanwar but now nobody is taking this responsibility of sorting it ASAP.

I have lost my trust over your company and your credibility is now challanged”

If I won’t get the replacement of my cell phone or the solution to my complaint within a day or two then I will have to move myself to consumer forum for the solution.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 16/11/2016 my order number is DOXCMSHEG but I have not received my order til date.I am tired of email conversation at helpdesk and with Mr.Navdeep Singh and tired of calling 01147005870 and 09211907907 on working days and within working hours.
It’s has been nearly 2 months now when will I receive my email order ?

Sir amarapali adarsh awas yojna in gh 2 tec zone-iv greater noida have allotted me one flat in phase v project in january 2016. Yesterday i visited the site almost one year completed not a single work has been started by the company please update the status. It is also come to my notice that the investor clinic people are shifting the buying from amarapali adarsh awas yojna to some other nereby society. Some of my friends recently do this. Is is true. No body responding from amaraplai customer care. If i have not received the status of construction of phase v in above society then i will be free to take legal advise from my lawyer.

I have recently installed this paytm app and added 1000 rs in the wallet to transfer to my bank account but this option doesn’t work even though i am not able to send my 1000 rps back to the bank. I tried to call the customer care executive but all have gone in vein, there is no option to contact them, now either i want to transfer the money to the account or send it back to the bank. Its been 25 days. Still no delivery.
And online payment is already done of ₹799.
After making the payment I read the customer reviews and got to know such status of company
Even the customer care number provided is always buzy.
Please help.
