Scam or fraud: Shree Laxmi Enterprises — Company not found on the mentioned address

Complaint Details:
This is a complaint regarding a Slim Belt purchased on 27-10-2016 from Shree Laxmi Enterprises, Shop No. 41, Durga Das Colony, Minawala, Vaishali Marg, Jaipur-301020, Shop Bill No. 144/20 worth Rs. 1590+300 Taxes.Issue is we received it in XXL size and immediately started the procedure to exchange it for a Medium Size. But all the customer care numbers are disconnected. Even if one of the no. connects nobody ever picks up the call.We tried finding the no. on internet and somebody said, the address is wrong and they don’t deal in Slim Belts and there are thousands of shops by the same name.We sent a letter to the above mentioned address and that too was returned to us.

Kindly suggest how do we track this particular shop with this Bill No. and get our money back.

I had booked two apartments in the Sovereign unnati Project in Bangalore, the project was under constructions, and we were making partial payments for the same. My last payment made was in december 2012. However on enquiry later about some escalation charges, i was told that my flat has been cancelled and sold to Times of India, as i had not made the payments on time. I then asked them to refund the money, which they haven’t, on rigorous followup, they told me they will allot another flat on the 11th floor, i have the emails to support this. Eventually, since this did not materialise i have been asking them to refund the amount with interest, as committed by the owner Mr. Deepak. I am in dire need of the money due to family issues, but i do not get any response from there, and people whom i used to communicate with are quitting the organisation and the owners refuse to respond

I made the same complaint six months back still no result, yesterday somebody called and said he is forwarding the complaint further to process.
Such a big company can be so poor in customer service…

Every day birds die due to high voltage current passing in the tree from the 11000 volt line…any day some person may die.

On 31dec, 2016 around 10.00pm I, transferred Rs.1000 from bank to paytm wallet.The same amount is debited from bank Account but not credited in paytm wallet.I registered complaint many times on (096439 79797 and 1800-1800-1234) but all in vain.Please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

Hi !!
My name is Amandeep Singh and i bought Samsung A9 pro from Sargam electronics Rajouri Garden(Ph-45611121, 8510085201-03)on 2-1-2017.
The salesman committed to convert the selling amount into installments of 0% rate of interest for 12 months.

But after swiping the card they told me it cannot be possible as they have swiped the card with partial payment and now they cannot convert into Emi and suggest me to talk to my bank to convert the amount into monthly installments.
Later i called my bank to convert the value into emi and bank told me it would be come with extra difference of Rs 2100 plus(including tax and interest) of the total value product.
Than i raised a compliant against sargam electronics and they asked me to come to there office band i visited 2 times and struggled for the loss.No one talked properly with me and they start blaming the bank.the behaviour was inapropriate and by false commitments they sold there product.
Request you to kindly take a strict action against them.

Scam or fraud: Axis Bank Credit Card — Harassment by the team for payment collection

I hold two credit cards of Axis bank, i was travelling for a while, and was to delay the payment this month. I have informed the call centre accordingly. Subsequently, they have been making more than 8 calls per day on my mobile number and the office board number, on completing the payments, i have given them the transaction ID, i have a message from Axis bank saying they received the payments, but the calls continue. This is absolute harassment, i have informed the call centre that they are harassing me with these calls but strangely they don’t seem to understand. It is frustrating, my work suffers due to this and height of torture. I intend to cancel both the cancel both the cards, but i am told that my credit rating will suffer though i have never left any payments unpaid.
The calls come from a hyderabad call centre number

I have recharged my set top box with a mega pack… But many channels which are included in that pack are not coming… It is showing error check you cable connection… I tried to reconnect the cable… But it does not show any rresult… It is showing the samee… Not only one channel nearly 50 to 60 channels are showing like that… What to do???? I called number of times on xpressbee querie contact number.
Whenever i’m calling they are confirming my correct address, after i spoke they confirmed due to some operation problem deliver boy didnt visit to my place.
I remembered 3person’s number akthar, ali and vikas.
They are just tell tomorrow we will arrange your deliver sir please stay at given address but yet they didnt send. 3days are finished but yet now they didnt giving any response from them.

I placed a order for a book “Shrimadbhagvadgita Sadhak Sanjeevani Hardcover Bengali” on Snapdeal.com on 28th december 2016 (Order ID: 17547550589). The payment (750 INR) has already been done from my end from Netbanking. I got last update from their website on 30th December that Item has been dispatched (Ecomexpress Air Waybill No :169756443 Order No :SLP1291291325) on 30th december 2016. but after that there is no update at all. The estimated last date was 8th january 2016 but it was not delivered to me even on last date.I assumed that there is some issue so, I called first time on customer care on 7th january but the customer care assured me that it will be delivered on next day (last date) which did not happen. Then I called customer care on 8th january evening when still it was delivered to me and I was informed that within 48 hours action will be taken but i did not receive any call. Suddenly I found one mail that there is a delay in product and it will be delivered 9th January’17 to 13th january’17. So whenever they will decide, they will change the delivery date and they will delay as per their wish i.e also “extending 5 days” and today is 3rd day still there is no update at all i.e. where the item is or is it really moved from it’s previous place.This is my first order in Snapdeal and after this horrible service I am completely disappointed because there is no minimum commitment at all in Snapdeal.
