Cashier misbehaved with us and no seperate que was there for senior citizens. Me and my wife both are senior citizens cashier used foul language and spoke very rudely.kindly look into this matter. This happened in your branch old police line in patiala.We are your customers since many years.This kind of behaviour is really not good for your bank.we both have our pension accounts in your banks this branch.

Dear Sir, On 09.01.17, I made fund transfer Rs.17000/- through online to indian bank, thousand lights branch, but that amount is still not credited in indian bank account, but debited in IOB..

I made a complaint in IOB, Womens entrepreneour Baranh, Ethiraj College campus in twice, but still not rectified…and also its very big amount for me … please do the needfull

Complaint Details:
Panel Damaged (cream colour), Few Channels have rusted (Hettick SS Channels), Some rusts in Handles (Hettick SS Handles) . The Kitchen was purchased from M/S Oliya Appliance, Asansol on 30.01.2012. Complain had been lodged in Toll Free Number (Complain Number MTP/25/1216 dated 05/12/2016). Before this we had been complaining to M/s Oliya Appliances for the past 3-4 months but they have not taken any action. The Contentions by M/s Oliya Appliances are 1. Cream Colour Panel cannot be replaced as the company has stopped the manufacturing of the said colour 2. Channels could be replaced but would be of an inferior quality as to what had been supplied earlier 3. Handles design have been changed, hence cannot be replaced. A mail had been also written to customercare@kutchina.com on the 20/12/2016.
please look into the matter and please resolve the said issue.

Complaint Details:
I have placed a request on 19-12-2016 for the replacement of Adidas Grey Woolen Men’s Hooded Zipper purchased vide order ID.17288879118, Sub order ID 21524690273 from Snapdeal. Despite of continuously calling snapdeal customer care replacement of my item has not been done yet. Every time I called customer care I have been given assurance that product will be replaced with in two days but product has neither replaced nor picked up not even any call received. Finally because of continuous failure from snapdeal side I have requested them for return/ cancellation of order and refund of my money. This time I was again assured twice that issue has been accelerated to higher authorities and refund will be given with in 24Hrs but no refund has been given yet. I had even lodge a complaint No.38051793 to snapdeal. But no resolution has been provided yet.

Hi Sir,

Since 22 years we people were suffered because of small walking way. There were no auto will come. The street was full of pit. And the family were in front of the street was not ready to give their portion of land for making street better. Because of these many reason people there were suffered alot more than 22 years. Right now am 25. We all people recommended ward members and all for many years. But was no development. Thanks to god before 2 years back our street got little development and the front family gave some portion of land for the street. Perfectly an auto or a small car go on that way. A new home constructed there recently. 4 days ago for them elctricity people have placed electtric transoformer on this way without informing other people. Placed informing people is not a matter but they laced on the street because of that no auto or car cant go inside. And the lady opposit of that transformer is not ready to give portion of land as a compensation . So these vehicles can go easily. Around 15 families are staying after this new transformer. Each family has atleast one senior citizen. When they placed electric post nobody was there. most of the people there is going for job. They are not educated and normally living people. After this they all went to elecricity board and filed a complaint on saturday. yesterday a person from authority came and scold them very badly by supporting transformed placed family. He asked for the people Is light is necessary or way is necessory. Of course both are necessary thing in the world. Everyone were tried to convince him about need of way they want. Actually this lady has different way. She has no walking way with our root . She has backside way that is her actual way . She shouldn’t use this way actually. The way she has to use actually is in front of her sisters home. Thats why she chose our way to place transformer.
Anyway thats is not our matter. We need way not only to walk but also to use vehicles. Today or tomorrow anyone have a chance to have sudden disease that time nobody can help us. Life is more important that light. We are afraid of our future. We had a bad experience before with the same situation when we had no way for vehicle. This lady influence authority and now we people are in trouble. We are still believing that the law will help us. Please do some action against this and help me poor people over there. Idea has sold a card to me miscommunicating details that is Rs.100 will be deducted from my 1st bill which had taken from me at the time of taking card. And also disconnected my number without a valid reason. Inspite of this Idea is sending me bills with irrelevant charges whereas my number is not in working condition and I am not able to use my number since long time.

I am to inform you that the Bank authorities [IOB Jalandhar cantt] are demanding original documents like PAN card and Aadhar card and are not accepting the self attestted photocopy of the same which seems to be incontravention to Govt. policy and court orders in the case of Gazetted officers. The plea is taken that these are the instructions of RBI. Kindly therefore provide such orders issued by GOI to proceed further in the matter

I got my Hyundai Creta delivered within three weeks while others said three months!!! Thank you Carbazaar. I was wanting a new car at the earliest as I had to sell off my old car. I needed my car to commute to office and back, and I was getting a reasonable price for the same, but waiting for three months was really an uphill task. And luckily I got in touch with Carbazaar who promised as well delivered. Awesome service keep it up Carbazaar team!!!
