Hi sir/madam,

I went to SBI to reopen my account, they said that it was reopened, but when I came back and checked it was not working so I called them about the Issue they told me to come to the bank then it was reopened, they gave me net banking and phone banking, but both of these are not working . I went to the bank sevreal times and contacted them several times but there isnt any kind of response from them.

Dear Snapdeal Team,
I placed an order of Prestige Champ 550 Watt 1 Jar Juicer Mixer Grinder with order ID: 17628905625 on 1st Jan 2017 by using Debit Card. After changing my mind i cancelled the order and waited for refund which the site is indicating has been done in 10th Jan 2017. Having a look on by bank statement there has been no refund yet on the indicated date. Kindly provide me with refund as soon as possible and resurrect this error.

I bought a pair of shoes from yepme against order id-32935569 (
Yepme Casual Shoes – Brown) on 07-Dec-16. I was having size issue with the product so I returned the product and requested for refund on 10-Dec-16. I also emailed them the courier receipt of Rs. 150 and order amount Rs. 399 so that they can process the refund to my account. It makes me really annoying that its been more than a month they have not yet credited the amount into my account. Please help in this regard.

Today I was making new booking From Beas to Delhi By Train 12926(PASCHIM EXPRESS) on 13-01-2017. So made booking from irctc and made payment from my freerecharge wallet, unfortunately my payment deducted from my wallet whereas on IRCTC is howing no Ticket Record, hence I want my refund as if this booking is not approved. On 31 dec.16 due to cash urgency I went to axis bank vikhroli – west branch for taking amount of 10, 000.00 from acc.no. 064010100071442. cahier giving 2000X4 and 500X4. requested to give 2X2000 and rest with 500 but she denied then went to branch manager who designated as VP but he also misbehave with me called be nonsense and through his visiting card and account closing form on my face and told me that axis bank not required customer you close your account and get lost. I write to Axis bank but they not replying my mail. I raised six point. 1.- is it true that axis bank don’t want customer? from their behaviour now I under stood. 2. is it my fault that I used axis service since last 15 year bank account and credit card ? 3. is it my fault that I went to bank for getting my money and seeking help from him? 4. Have you recruit such a arrogant branch manager in branches? Now I confirmed that all staff in axis bank are such a useless that they don’t have time to resole the customer problem. 5. should I close bank account and credit card service? 6. Branch manager not bothered about higher management as he informed me to complaint anywhere nothing can be done with me and no one aske me for that? 7. He threaten me that he will complain about me to higher authority now I want to see what action you are going to take on me. Now I am seeking help from RBI. now see what will happen. I booked tickets for khaidi no 150 on 11 1 2017 . My money was deducted but I didn’t get my tickets. The customer service executives are not responding. Scam or fraud: Meru Cabs — Fare deducted twice from e wallet by Meru

Hi Meru,

Today (Jan 10, 2017) I took meru cab (MH01JA5936) and paid by freecharge wallet.
Rupees 835 has been deducted twice from wallet, total deduction Rupees 1670.00.
Amount was deducted once in morning 0800 (Meru Cab Company Private Limited Y7cqaWAUriNE5W_52266479_11PIN1, Tue Jan 10 2017, 08:00:14)
and then in noon around 1328 hrs (Meru Cab Company Private Limited Y7cqaWAUriNE5W_FC52266479-1012017132755913_11PIN1, Tue Jan 10 2017, 13:27:56) after I recharged my freecharge account with 300 rupees.

No of transaction is also same. I have mail this discrepancy to meru feedback mail id but no response or acknowledgement from them yet.

I feel like cheated by company, please check and revert the transaction done twice. ie return INR 835 back.

Scam or fraud: Bosch Home India — BOSCH Washing Machine – Power Module Failure

I had purchased Bosch Washing Machine WAS24460IN in the year 2014. Suddenly in Januray, 2017 the machine stopped working. A service request no. 0475818958 was raised and a service engineer visited our home. He stated that the ‘Power Module’ of the machine has failed and requires replacement. The estimated cost of the replacement was quoted at Rs.14000 and also subject to availability of the spare parts.

The price quoted for replacement of the ‘Power Module’ is quite steep and is totally unjustified. Bosch is a premium product(premium pricing over other washing machines) and if it requires part replacement of Rs.15000 every 2 years then the product is not worth the price.

We had purchased the product due to superior German quality. Infact we even have a Bosch Dishwasher. Now we are apprehensive about buying any Bosch product due to such steep initial purchase price and exorbitant servicing costs.

Scam or fraud: Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — TDR refund: train late more than 7hrs

My train 12307 was on Wed Jan 04(Sheduled departure 20:10:00) was at Agra fort station. I came to know that the train would be late more than 3 hrs.
so I filed TDR against My PNR Number 6559182428 and PNR Number 6559182874(TDR filing time :Wed Jan 04 18:18:48 IST 2017, and Wed Jan 04 18:17:34 IST 2017 respectively) before sheduled and actual departure of the train . As per railway rule for train late more than 3hrs, I had applied TDR before sheduled and actual departure of train, but it is repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds with reason of ” Invalid TDR stamp: delay”. Actual train depature time was about Thr Jan 05 3:00:00 which is almost more than 7 hrs late at Agra cant station. It is totally injustice.
