I purchase mobile on 30/12/2016 online side shopclues.com z2 samsung bank emi for 6month from citi bank and payment done and delivery confirmation date is 09/01/2017 but delivery not done i call customer care also and complation also but yet no end they said that your delivery done if delivery done show me prof pod proof of delivery my booking noumber is-106768428 and courier details is beacom sg road tracking no-N311657

I ordered food in Vivek express at Lonavala station on 30. 12.2016 vide order id 720420. The order was for 2 Paneer combos (butter panneer masala curry + 3 butter phulkas in each combo) and one veg pulao. I made the online payment of ₹335. At Lonavala the guy handed over a packet to me and rushed out. On checking I got only 1 Paneer combo and two plain rotis and 1plain rice. The Paneer combo had 1 single cube of Paneer and gravy was made only out of chilies very spicy, roti was not buttered and was of probably morning all hard and rotten. We had to throw the whole food .Had to go without food as there was no pantry in train and no ffod was available after 10 in any stations. I raised a complaint #35912 on 30.12.2016 itself. I was promised a call back and a resolution but nothing till now even after calling them several times. Doesn’t our money or the service provided matter to them . Pls don’t buy from these cheats.

I had transferred some of amount from my Dena Bank A/c. (through mobile banking) on dt.28.10.16 to other account.I received a transaction failure massage but amount sill not refunded in my account.
I had visited my branch about ten times but they did not solved my problem. They said that please contact with Dena iconnect we can’t do anything at our end.I also contact with Dena iconnect through email but not getting any reply. Please go through attached scan copy of my account statement and do the needful.

I signed AMC of my water purifier from Miracle Aqua Solution as on 19/12/2016. A RO engineer from Miracle Aqua Solution come to my home and change 1 (one) candle from my RO machine and make a AMC agreement and i paid him Rs.3, 000 for AMC. after 2 days i seen leakage in my RO machine, i called customer care no. 9087714543-06-33-32, 9087728543-23-13, 9940543090, but there are no response they telling me that the engineer will come to you by evening, now 20 days past even i called more then 100 times but no reply and even they are not picking my calls too

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 16/11/2016 and received on one pair of shoes on 10/01/2017 after complaining on your website and the single pair of shoes that I received is also not the one I ordered.The one I ordered was white color shoes but I received black color shoes .I am attaching the picture of the shoes I ordered that I ordered and that I received to you. I had added ₹1900 to the maytm wallet from the canara bank savings bank(SB) account on december 31st 2016. At the very next minute I tranferred ₹1900 back to the same account. Paytm gave an instruction that it will take 7 working days to refund the money back to the account. Now its more than 10 days and still the amount is not credited to the account. When we contacted the paytm customer care through email, they said that the transaction is successful and the canara bank has given reference number and asked to contact the canara bank using the reference number. But when I contacted the branch they said the money is not credited and asked to contact the paytm again.

Hi sir/madam,
I went to SBI to reopen my account, they said that it was reopened, but when I came back and checked it was not working so I called them about the Issue they told me to come to the bank then it was reopened, they gave me net banking and phone banking, but both of these are not working . I went to the bank sevreal times and contacted them several times but there isnt any kind of response from them.
