I had been running from pillar to post for the issue which stands unresolved. my car is at noida ford dealer place since oct 28, 2016 and has not been rectified so far. i had asked ford to ratify my estimate as given by service partner which has also not been done. the parts are being sold at 3-10 times of the cost being sold in other countries.
i can share the data if need be. the cost at which the engine or transmission parts are being exported from chennai port to other countries is abysmally low. while the same part being sold in indian market at 10 times the cost of at which it is being exported. in other countries, like in which i live uae it is still cheaper. do you think it is justifiable cost?
i think the company is interested to sell in bulk to foreign countries customers rather than indians. the company is squeezing citizens to shell out more money.

moreover, the dealer is harassing that if i will not pay him advance 50% of estimate he will not service the car. i have never made 50% advance payment in my life for getting the car serviced. he is also claiming a charge of inr 500 per day over me till the time it is serviced and claims no responsibility of car as he has parked the car outside his premises. this is total hooliganism and clear harassment and nobody in ford company cares about it.

the ford local team is least bothered and has not intervened nor ratified this huge cost of servicing.

the contact details of local ford team is also not being shared by service partner.

please help me to get some number so that i can talk and understand the validity of charges as mailed me by your channel partner.

the companies email addresses such as fordcut@indiaassistance.in which is visible on the website doesnot works. the local branch telephone instrument installed at office also does not work properly and has not been repaired for the past many months as they donot want customers calling on thier office lines.

whosoever, wants to understand about actual transmission parts cost of ford figo, please feel free to write to me i will give you the correct price not the 10 times expanded cost from ford channel partner or ford india motors. please write to me at the following email address. i will email you the total cost.

I have called many times to resolve my complaint but customer care didn’t take any complaint regarding false notification of consumed balance and not sending any detail of pro data rate of bill .
When I have tried to give complaint customer care told to not take a complaint and I have contacted reliance authority and they told if customer care take complaint than only we can take action. I have contacted so many times if you don’t support my complaint I will not pay bill. and they didn’t responded. But they can continuously call about paying bill but not even one time they call regarding complaint.

Dear woodys furniture staff order number 100005019

You have been giving false promises about the delivery of the dining table which was ordered against full payment on 3dec2016.

It has been 40 days now and i am told every week that it will be dispatched within 2-3 days. This has happened at least 5 times and have been promised this by ms neha vishwakarma and the so called manager mr qureshi who just spoke to me once and promised to call back but never called back.
Even today i called ms neha three times but she has been delaying me by saying she will call me.

Even the call centre has been contacted at least 10-12 times with no respite.

You guys are neither delivering the product nor cancelling my order and processing refund as requested by me several times.

And you are not passing me the numbers of your owner or director.

I applied my cibil report on 9/1/2017 but when i went through payment option for cibil report there was a amount of RS. 550/- deducted from my HDFC debit card but immediately some thing error is shown in my screen. Payment has been deducted from my account but i didn’t get any report till now even i have submitted KYC docs as well. Please send my cibil report as soon as possible, if not please let me know how can i refund my money.

I am Bought the Moto G4 Plus Phone on 7th Oct 2016. This Phone sliped by hand from 3 Feets Distance on 20th Oct 2016 small scratch apeared on phone charger connecter place. Phone is Working Perfect Condition. This Phone Automatically Screen Off from Dec 25th 2016. I Went to Service Center for claim warrnty. He Told to me this mobile not covered warranty due to scatch apreared on phone.

This is Not Conviance to me. I Fixed to not purchase any moto and lenovo phone for this type of service provide by motorola and lenova customer care

It is very painful to inform you below service which we have received from you.
My aunt has undergone cataract correction in her right eye In Disha Eye hospital on 7th Jan 2017. Hospital has raised the pre authorization request(Claim # 13779779) on 2nd Jan. Nothing was informed to us from that day. On 6th Jan we have got the for first SMS and from that I was continuously following up with you people and hospital multiple times. But till now it has not been resolved.She has gone through the surgery from her own pocket. It is very difficult for such old age people to multiple follow up with you people and hospital and at the end of day if they have to pay their own, then there is no meaning for cashless service. So requesting you from going forward smoothen the process.

Hi,

I took BSNL broadband connection around 1 month back and I paid Rs 500 security deposit alongwith Rs 250 as seperate charge to the engineer. Thereafter, I paid Rs 2100 as installation charge to the executive and Rs 730 for the first month which includes Rs 600 security deposit. Now I am using the broadband connection for the first month under 1199 unlimited plan and the billing amount that I have to pay is Rs 2700. When I inquired about the excess billing amount, I got to know that I have to pay the plan deposit Rs 1200 and Rs 500 for the 995 plan which was activated beyond my knowledge. I wasn’t informed that I need to pay these activation amount by your engineer and hence this is unnecessary trouble which I have to face from your end. Moreover, most of the time landline is not working making it unable to make any phone calls or even use the broadband. Hence, this is my request to kindly resolve the issue or I will give up the connection completely based on your fault.

I purchased a pyarryware wall hung closet from A2Z sanitary ware and tiles ernakulam PT usha road. At the very beginning itself when I saw the closet on display there was a mismatch in the seat cover .I asked the sales man why was it so. He said madam don’t worry about it that is just the display piece you will be given the proper one while delivery. But when I opened the box at home I saw the same piece which was put for display . I called the shop and they gave me the toll free number of parryware. I called in that number and a register number was messaged . For a week there was no response. I kept on calling the shop dealer and they were just making fool of us by saying their godown telephone is not working and such stupid reasons. I went to the shop and returned the seat cover .They said it will be replaced soon by coming home. Again no response and I called the toll free number once more. Same procedure again a message was send to my mobile and no other response from the customer care. register number CER05011704

Our Track number 30766561280, from Hong kong/china, this package deliver to ARAMEX Hong Kong office on 3rd January 2017, this item for Event, Event on 13th, proof I attached with mail, until now the goods not reached Doha, I call your office and shipper contact to your China office both are not getting any proper response, we are the Trading company, we are not end user, we need to make compensation if we cannot deliver goods on time, 5-6 days your china office promised to deliver, now 10 days no information,
