Hi,

Date of Incident – 8th January, 2017.

I had cancelled my booking before license start date (without Rent agreement initiation). Receipt# – RXOKWJCVHWJBFRG

As per tenancy rules, 100 % amount is recoverable if cancelled before tenancy start date. However, Rs. 575 was deducted for Police Verification and Agreement.

Please refund the balance amount of Rs. 575 on urgent basis, since this is breach of Tenancy rules.

I tried to send message on company website – Contact us, but message fails to upload.

Even, the Customer care – is not responding.

I have written to you twice but got no reply.
I have been getting reminders at every phone call that I have not paid a bill that I have paid;
citibank cheque 800820 on 7.12.2016 for Rs 3097/-
I was told by the airtel office in green park that this has been credited to another phone number 9810021427.Kindly rectify the mistake and confirm to me immediately
I have also paid Rs 1770/44 vide citibank cheque 800823 dated 10.1.2017
It is very surprising that you should credit my cheque to another number.

Hello all

I have bought Celerio Diesel ZDi on 11/11/2015 and I am suffering from Front Suspension Issue since 4th Month i.e. from March 2016; after 10k servicing.
I have been suffering since March 2015 for the Front Suspension noise and now I have crossed 29K and problem is still persisting.

Although, Hare Krishna Auto, Nahur, Mulund, Mumbai has always been helpful but unfortunately it is not sufficient, as No one could resolve my issue.

On December 14th I bought long kalli for RS.2595. I wore for newyear to church. only 2 hours it’s gets tored in back.so I went to Chennaisilks Tnagar branch and spoke with Anand and syed sadiq whos response is very bad.Anand is telling to syed. Speak to them and send them back.He is just finding reason to send me back.he is turning somewhere else and answering.he is simply saying this type of dress will tear only we can’t do anything for that. Then why ur selling this type of dress putting a blame on me. To avoid me he say u bring tag we will see.I had bill with me.Nobody will save a tag, or wear the dress with tag.then why people saying bring bill for any fault or exchange.very poor service and selling old and bad quality product. I suggest nobody should buy in Chennaisilks since they are selling bad quality product and no proper response, bad customer service.if ur product is bad u should resolve it.I want the money back or exchange for that dress.

I am observing one GHMC scavenger demanding money EVERY MONTH RS- 1000 (In Words — One Thousand only) per month, i am asking why we have to pay, i have video proof and while he taking money, i have his GHMC government vehicle number, to whoom i have to give complaint, is this mandatory to pay amount to clean person who searches for and collects discarded items. if GHMC demand this money let me know

I have insured my iPhone 6 64GB from Biscoot. In december 2015 the phone screen got damaged and repaired for Rs.25000/-. I have followed all rules & policies of Biscoot and registered a claim no. 1500069356 and send all the required documents in original to Biscoot. After contacting Biscoot so many times I finally received a mail of claim approval on 08-08-16 in which they asked to fill & courier the attached NEFT form for bank transfer. I sent the filled form & other requirements on 09-08-16 via DTDC Z97616066 & Z97616074 (As per DTDC Tracking the documents have been delivered on 11-08-16). After few days I contacted the team again who informed me that due to some internal reasons all claim starting with series “15” has been put on hold and asked me to wait for few days. On 12-12-16 I again contacted the Biscoot customer care :02239878787 where they informed me that your fund will be surely transfer by last week of Dec-16, but again no response till date. So I tried calling again on 11-01-17 to customer care and this time the executive informed me that they do not received any documents and my claim has not approved and he even do not able to retrieve any details.

There is no response in bank. I am working on company. I went bank, I said to them urgently I am going to office so pls provide my card soon, but they told. Hello what u are taking, if come bank u should not wait some time, I have work I don’t done anything. After finishing my work I went out, she told u get out fast, why you are coming slowly go out. I have some work. This Is the way to customer. What is this every one having some own response. Pls take action to them.

they are not measuring the rice properly for Pongal presents given by Tamilnadu Govt.
If we asked anything about measurements, they are giving proper response.
They are ill treating people. Hope for a prompt action..
