My name is deveshwar . I am staying at TRIVANDRUM. I have bought an infocus M370i model phone .but now it is not working still for two months. I have bought it 1 year back . When i go to service centre they said water presence make it not working. There is no warranty.The service is poor.Now the phone is at service centre they ask an amount of INR 4000 for service. For this price I can buy another. I want to exchange this phone. What amount i will get. how can i exchange this phone. Please give me the answer.

On 9th, I was booking a Train Ticket. For this, firstly I added a money to my Mobikwik account. While booking a train ticket I used Mobikwik wallet option. But My train ticket did not complete and withdraw the money from the wallet. I got the message Transaction is failed.

I got the email from Mobikwik.com with Order Id(100000705714899)
Please look at this matter and refund my cutting amount.

Their service is very disappointed me at many times and very waste time of mine.

I complained to mobikwik and got cashback for rs4807.9 only 48 rs but ticket yet not generated by irctc.plz look in this matter.

Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount deducted from bank account but not showing in paytm wallet

Complaint Details:
I have transferred Rs. 9500 from my debit card at 12:36 pm, on Jan 11 2017, the order No. is 2563396273 and again i tried for the same amount at 12:40 pm, on Jan 11 2017, the order no. is 2563424492.

At the second attempt I got message from bank that they cut off from my account Total Rs. 9500/-. But still i haven’t received money in my wallet nor you returned it to my bank account. I am very disappointed. I need that money so urgent. So please take strong action against it.

I have ordered Puma Men Navy & Black Atom … (Order No. : 1035393-4939949-0948101) which has been shipped through Myntra logistics and will be delivered to me by 13 Jan 2017. The Myntra logistics tracking code is ML0076360558.
But now it is showing that it will not be delivered.
So please check and make sure that the product get delivered to me on time.

I had sent 24 emails and made nearly 25 phone calls. I am attaching 4 pertinent emails- they give a summary of the events and the frustration I am experiencing. Following are the emails with dates:

7. Following is the list of medicines for 2 weeks.
• Effient blood thiner which is not available in India. I am a cardiac patient and
• had angioplasty just 7 weeks ago.

I went to Chrompet poorvika to purchase RedMi Note but there I was asked to purchase HTC desire 628 he convinced me saying tat long lasting battery and dual speaker bla bla. It’s just been a month battery drains in 3 hrs and since the day I purchased the person at the other end couldn’t hear me. Now poorvika and the sales person is irresponsible and not ready to replace my product. Very very worst service.

Hi,

I have booked the project in the late 2013 for Expandable villas with Sare Homes chennai omr.

Its been around 3.5 years and there is no progress in completion of the project. I had a chance to visit the construction site regularly. For the name sake the buildings are raised up-to some level and left unattended.

The iron roads in the pillar are getting rusted due to sun and rain, the cement bricks are left open and getting wasted.

Very much disappointed on seeing this and i completely doubt their quality in building. Houses are meant to be built for long duration’s. But, with their delay and poor maintenance, i am very much irritated.

My name is Yagya Narayan Awasthi, I did BBA (Industry Integrated) and registration number is A5370037 and the centre code was 746. The college name is College Of Management Studies located at Kanpur UP.

I am required of degree certificate as I have to submit into my company. I contacted at college. They asked me to apply for provisional certificate prior to degree and I send the request form with demand draft and transfer certificate through courier which has been delivered there on 28.10.2016.

I did not received my provisional certificate till today.

Please help as soon as possible as I am not feeling secure my job because of unavailability of Degree Certificate and I am unable to apply for degree without provisional certificate.

The agent of Club Mahindra told me that after my first complimentary vacation, I can convert my payment mode to full one time payment with benefits attached to it. But nobody came for that.
