Scam or fraud: Honda Activa 125

Complaint Details:
6th Nov 2016, purchased honda activa 125 from yume honda sector 18 gurgaon, within 4th day i noticed some different sound from the engine. the same i informed to the dealer through phone. Dealer asked me to visit once to service center and 6th day visited the service center, they said the sound will go off after the first service. 20th day [180km] done the first service, next day the same sound was getting. from that on wards they done 7 more services, 16+ days[still] in service center. (within 67 days 17 days in service center) they keep changed all parts from another honda. on 7th service Mr Ashok, Mr Nawneet -8800192221 [persons directly from honda] spend the entire day for repairing like dismantled and assembled the entire clutch unit, engine and other parts from the vehicle. they replaced corroborator, spark plug and other things from an old honda activa. the service center dont had anything on stock, even spark plug too. After doing such a service they said now everything fine you can take the vehicle, now the vehicle had many scratches and vehicle had 10 years of services too. there was a abnormal were and tare on clutch cover, which is attached to the engine side. Mr Ashok said these was the manufacture defect too. Still they are not ready to replace the vehicle or not even ready to provide an extended warranty too. The honda service persons are not ready to understand the problems or not even ready to resolve the problem too. Instead of old parts, i asked them to put new, even they are not ready to do the same too. Honda brand name having some premium values and these persons where spoiling it.
When i asked the next exhalation, the customer care persons Mr Rohit [team lead in customer care] and Mr Maneesh [from honda head office customer care] saying you can directly contact higher authorities like Mr Prabhu Nagraj or like persons.
Finally I send a mail to Prabhu Nagraj, Sridhar, Customer relation persons, Namrata Pant and Vibhuti Dimri.

Still i am waiting for getting the response. My complaint number 1-13065873301, the complaint was registered through email and email was send on 9th December 2016, still these days my complaint was opened only.

I had booked 6 rooms from 02-01-2017 to 06-01-2017 through OYO for travel to Shimla with family and friends. The hotel was nowhere close to what was promised. Me and my family had to wait on the road on 02-01-2017 from 7PM to 10PM just to get a resolution. Even after long chats and conversations and writing emails, they have deducted 20% amount before refunding my money. No hope of getting my money back. Very rude customer care, have also been threatened by one of their executives.

I am Hasan Ali . In my colony Satya Vihar, Lal Kothi Scheme, Lalkothi, Jaipur, 302015 there are 4 dogs, but out of those 2 are much DANGEROUS. Many a times That 2 dogs also notched me and went behind me barking. Always I found on road and run with my bike and does not come down after so many efforts instead they gave barks reply and tend to bite. I am residenresident of e-528 lalkoLalkothi scheme and there people are just fed with these and want them to be took away. Please Pick up theese dogs, Its my humble request.

I have neither got my first year marksheet nor final year marksheet. I am contaction my study center Vashi, but every time they reply the same that contact next week. Now it been years. Results I got online. But I need the Hardcopy in order to take addmission for further studies.

Scam or fraud: Reliance Communications — Unnecessary deduction of money from prepaid account towards subscription packs not subscribed for

A subscription was being subscribed namely shotforbisc of rs 60 to my prepaid mobile reliance number:+91-9529069220 which i have not subscribed for.I spoke to reliance customer care he told that these amount are non-refundable. I have repeatedly told him that i have not subscribed any such pack, and also and for subscription pack also i have ask him to deactivate same. I also told him that i have not use any services of these pack so please refund the amount but again he told the same thing that these packs are non refundable.which means that either reliance communications are doing chartity for their customers or they are happy with any amount received from customer in free.

I as a customer is unable to understand why this phenomenon is repeated after every 3 months or 6 months. Further, earlier they use to refund the amount, but now they are telling that this are non-refundable in nature. I am totally unstatisfied with the feedback received from customer care. For customer like us it is just wastage of time, money and energy.

I just want the refund of these amounts deducted and ensure that such things not happen in future.

Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

I have given my Handset model D2302 on dt 26.11.16 in dead Mode, After Checking the mobile Service center demanded for Rs 7077 for resolve all issues, after 10 days he has given my mob without Check, When I have again complain for Sound Issue they have received my mob and again demanding approx 6000, When I refused they told me come after 2 Days. But Till 11 Jan 17 Not receive my Mobile. Daily he told come after 2 Days. This is fraud charge by Service Center.

We informed MGL support team that we have shifted to our new home on 2nd Sept.2016 and since then Gas consumption is NIL ; we were told that Non-consumption charges, may be within INR 100 /- ; but I am surprised to see my bank account entry of ECS payment to MGL as INR 362 on 11th Jan.2017. How, can they charges INR 362, when there is no change of meter Reading since 2nd Sept.2016 till today ?
