Its almost 10 days following up on refund limeroad customer care is saying refund already provided and all where as same is not credited to my account
order no. 0007652011
these people are just fooling around customers they are not refunding for the returns made this was my first online shopping thru limeroad really a bad one they have bad customer care and not at all trust worthy the ARN no. that they gave me to check with bank is not valid as well. I m still waiting on the refund to appear on my account …

I have so far used your vacations only for the free nights. Every time I try to book, your rooms are not available. I see non members in the club many times. What are you guys doing in running a club. We are not at all satisfied with the Membership. Also, once we go into your resorts you charge Food rates equal to FOOD + ACCOMMODATION in other resorts. You do not have any option of canceling the memberships. You do not have any option of giving feedback in your website. All the feedbacks given in your websites are fixed by you. You are not bold enough to open it to the public.

Finally I booked a vacation on 21-Apr, I wanted 3 rooms. The cust service rep told me that I am allowed only for 2 studios since I am a Red member/1 BR. I booked 2 rooms thro online. Then I told her to raise a request for 1 additional room. She said that she has done it and sent it for approval. On 13-Jan, I got a message saying that all my 3 rooms are changed to Blocked and it will automatically be released on 14-Jan. Then when I call customer service, they say that all the 3 rooms moved to block status. I would have missed the booking if I had not called customer service.
Finally I told the Cust service to confirm the 2 rooms and put the 3rd room in blocked status.
Is this how you release the rooms form the members and give it to Non members.

I got below email from reliance legal department but they have given me wrong bill and services were barred from using and my plan 999 incurred a bill of 2516.
Despite all my calling to their call centre and appellate authority even they can’t settle the things and waived off the amount and produced a bill of 10k and then finally reduced amount from 10 k to 2516 but when my plan was for 999 unlimited thing why should i pay more than that, this was the only concern.

I purchased me samsung new tv with jumbo warranty. With extram money on 24.02.2015and my jumbo warranty id is 6988 Then after 10 to 15 days i realised there is black spots showing on my tv. And after few days it increase from 1 spot to 9 and the i call to jumbo service there technician come then i sow them that spots then he take the tv from my home and told me that there is a prob of display we will provide you new display panel with in 10 days. And after few days tod u the status of tv. Then i got no rply from there side so i call them on friday then on saturday then today. Every time they told me that they will call back then today they call me back and told me that we have term and cond that we will repair tv only when if it have a spot more then 9… And nothing is providing in the warranty form. And they are refusing to repair my tv now i m feal like cheated by that company so pl do some thing ther phone no is 180030002670 and 9725502777 plzzz do some thing. Help me. I purchase new car from Nanavati Renault kwid automatic from bardoli on 13 Dec 2016. The kwid 1st day in running car Ac stop working. The next day car was stop moving forward and backward. The very next day stop Ac working in running condition. I call and go service center. After 7 days they can… give me car
The next day same problem come Ac not working and car stop not moving
Then next day same problem come.
I was go service center and till date nobody can call me for my car and no body make car complete.

I just know if I take dilivery for these time if problem come same thing what’s company do for me .

Bcoz service center said you have 2 years warranty so we can solve your problem. And you can purchase+2yrs warranty.

I have purchase some grocery/cloths etc from Big Bazar Vide LAN No.410REM27981274 Total Purchase amount 5003/- and EMI fixed @ Rs 1668/-pm w.e.f. 02/11/2016 x 3 EMIs but last ENI amount I have already deposited to Allahabad Bank on 26/12/16. It is not understand on what basis your EMI amount has been bounced. As a result I am facing trouble and ham parred my goodwil. Although I asked Bank authority why they are dis-honoured without any reason they also denied to talk with me due to their business.and present banking systems etc.I will be deposit the EMI with bouncing charge @ 2018/- to-day. (Phase-Single) on 13th Dec, 2016 with order no 1287374..After repetitive call, there have delivered the product on 30th Dec, 2016.
The product is defective, as burning smell and smoke is coming out fro the product.
So, I have register the complain will industry buying within 7 seven days.
on the 6th Jan, 2017, there have provide the complain no. 00173435 on 09jan, 2017.

Now, there are telling, that seven days are over, so we will not return/replace the product. But, seven days are not over as I complain on 6th Jan, 2016.

My SBI kiosk account was blocked .I visited the bank manager regarding the issues he was simply replying he doesn’t get any instructions regarding this type of issues I was worried about my account I want my account to be activated.
I contacted the SBI customer service regarding my issues but they are asking to talk with the respected bank manager but the manager was neglecting my issuse and they are not informing that why my account was blocked.

I have booked ticket from vadodara to gandhinagar in waghodia ambaji bus(departs @06:30 from vadodara) on 13/1/2017. I have booked seat number 4, 5 which is exactly behind the driver seat as per online seat arrangement, but when actual bus having seat number 4, 5 is in second row from driver seat. Bus no 8405 is not in good condition, no first aid box available, no fire protection equipment. Bus arrival time at gandhinagar is @09:00 hrs and it is ahmedabad bypass through krushna nagar., but bus route is also changed., It is passed through ahmedabad city areas. It’s schedule time of arrival at gandhinagar is 09:00hrs, but it was delayed by 1 hr.
