This is with regards to the customized tour arranged for Andaman by Kesari from 24th November to 30th November.We had paid an additional amount of Rs. 4600/- for the Semi submarine Coral safari ride. Due to weather conditions, the ride was cancelled and we were assured by Kesari executive Ms. Devshri that the refund will be processed. Today we are on 16th Jan and inspite of continuous follow ups with Devshri I have still not received the refund. Now she has even stopped responding to calls, emails.This has been a sheer careless approach in servicing the clients.The first response given by her was she was busy in servicing the new clients and there was much pressure, second response payment cheque processing requires min. 7-10 days which took more than a month now, next response the person who is handling was on marraige leave, next response the cheque is processed but I am hospitalized.From past week days we are trying to call, message, email her but not even a single response.What kind service is this??Is it not the responsibilty of the person to be upfront and communicate the relevant details???Provide me the contact details of her seniors/appropriate person who will ensure the resolve the issue on top most priority.Rs. 4600/- is not a small amount and I hope you realize the importance of it.
Get this resolved asap.

I, kishor arjun kashikar, apply for new connection before 2 year for commercial meter, they have given me residential meter, in this regards when i know this after one month after installation of meter i have complaint in chappru nagar branch, they have told me that my complain has been solved . but now when sndl man have came for checking they have told me that my meter is still for residential use. i went to chappru nagar branch with apply document for commercial meter, but still my meter is not changing from residential use to commercial use.my consumer no. is 410018855287

My Indane Consumer number is CX23656161. I am facing severe refill delay issues at my place. Whenever I book a refill, I get a confirmation message and expected delivery time.But even after waiting for 12-15 days, nobody comes to deliver the refill and instead I get a message of cancellation after waiting for 15 days for no reason. Then I again have to book refill and sometimes we have to personally go to distributor place and request it. Everyone in my building is getting refills on time except me. And it is really surprising that when everyone in the building is getting it on time then why there is always a delay at my place? And recently they went a step ahead. They sent cancellation message mentioning reason that no one was at home.
I work remotely from home and stay my retired parents. So there is always someone at home 24X7. So they are just putting reasons without even visiting my place.
This is really a pathetic service.

Amazon is not returning one of my product (note counting machine) which is wrongly picked up by their courier(blue dart).
maine yeh item snapdeal se buy ki thi but due to some reasons, mujhe isko return karna pada . but in between pata nahi kaise amazon walo ne apne courier ko bheja aur woh mere ghar se yeh item le gaye …aur ab yeh mujhe wapis nahi kar rahe hai maine bahut bar costumer care pe baat ki but all in vain..
please help.

I am mailing to freecharge for last one week. I also sent messages on facebook page, they are sleeping. I am still not able to withdraw my money to bank account. My ticket nos. are: 820839, 858497, 885428 & 887505. Hence I want my money back. I think now they are making people fool. Paytm has far better service than freecharge. So please resolve my problem at earliest.

I am Shiyas P M from Kerala.Wish Group offer System Engineer job for Singapore first time I belive the company .They give confirmation letter for taking medical.I came to Kolkata by train Howra Suvida Two side ticket 2415*2 .=4830.They not mentioned Wishgroup name in that confirmation letter.I meet Wicky Khan. and sign application for job.I just try to search wishgroup in internet that time lots of compaints.I am not given money for medical.9000 rupees.Then I varyfy the company in Singapore they saying don’t know about recruitment. I had ordered shoes from this site on 26th November 2016 and I have not received my order yet. The total amount of my order was Rs.1897. I had send them many mails but there was not even a single reply to any of those mails. I tried to call them on this 09211907907 number and it always comes as busy. How much more time do I have to wait for my order? It’s two months now . Either you place my order or if you cannot deliver it I will cancel my order.
