I couldn’t recharge using airtel app . I used to do it but from last few months its showing 404 error.what am i supposed to do?
Really im fed up with this. Is this a problem related to server or mobile configuration? Even i tried in BSNL but unfortunately it too showed the same. Im totally confused and not able to enjoy the offers provided. I need a reply ASAP. This is taken seriously please. Thank you.

Thank you for the worst after sales service Eureka Forbes. You guys excel at it. It has been 3 weeks since my wife and I have been raising multiple service requests to replace the PCB borad of our Eureka Forbes Aquaflow DX UV Water Purifier, but to no avail. All your technicians and customer facing employees seem to garner an unusual knack to play deaf. I have been coordinating with Mr. Tushar (9654762573) and Mr. Sikka (8882667737) who sound apologetic and do nothing. Last Sunday a Technician arrived with a defective new piece of PCB. There is no drinking water at home. Thanks for quenching our thirst Eureka Forbes.

I have noticed that my bill for my postpaid number, has been wrongly induced with International Data Usage, whereas I consciously kept the data off in my phone. When I confronted this with the agent she gave weird excuses about the usage. Unconvinced, i asked my data services to be stopped immediately, i.e. on 28th Nov’16, and subsequently got confirmation sms for stopped data service from Vodafone, however i was appalled to see yet again International Data Usage in the subsequent billing on different dates in December 2016 and add to that they had also charged me with the rent for data service.
I raised this complaint to Nodal officer on 29th Dec’16 and got a complaint reference number 995644164, which as per his mail was to be resolved within 48 hrs. It’s been 11 working days now, and i am yet to get a solution.
Worst company and Fraudulent people all the way to the core ! No customer focus… the only focus they care is to cheat ! Fraudsters !

I am calling your company from two days and telling them to send me the email of my flight tickets they are telling me that they will send but they are not sending and are also telling that they will send us our flight tickets and itneary. And I also request you to open the Web check in at least one week before the flight departures. It’s better to go in indigo airlines as they open the Web check in before 2_3 weeks before the flight departure. And they also give immediate response. It’s a request to you to see about it and I should get a positive response from your side

Hi Sir/Madam, I am family person traveling from mancheriyal to secundrabad for train number 17012 on 16-01-2017 and the train was expected to cone at 11:45AM, and by the time I am writing the complaint its 1hour 25min late. I never saw a train coming at right time. I blame each and every railway employe for this kind of services. Guys you require all confronts from public money but you guys won’t sever for the same public for the task you assigned. If you won’t get your salary on time for 1 month you will struggle but when it comes to railway services you won’t perform correctly. Please try to do the work for the salary and comforters you get from public money. If not we look for privatization of railway service.
