Complaint Details:
On 17th January 2017 i have visited Chiplun SBI ATM and they
closed the ATM Room for more than one hour.
Peoples were waiting for more than one hour.

SBI Chiplun Branch having in one Room 3 ATM machines.

They should install ATM machine in different locations. It is difficult
for customers to come from long distance for ATM.

Pls look in this matter, if there is one machine it will take few minutes
to deposit money, but there 3 machines and it takes to much time.

Complaint Details:
After multiple complaints also no technical bother to come and repair the Kent, after calling to the Technician he is not picking up the call, disconnects the phone, His behavior is very bad. In every call to customer care, they are telling issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but their 24 hours never comes.

For the filter they are charging a lot but Pathetic service. If it is in warranty they do not care .

Complaint Details:
My card no. 0000 8356 7859. As I took HD connection 1 year back and I paid for 1 year for HD and from 2 months I was paying monthly as 500 rupees then the service provider disconnected our HD connection and they told us to pay yearly or for 6 months. And the service provider was so rude, misbehaving, abused and he made us cry for HD connection. My area is lakkasandra. So please please take a serious action on them and activate my HD connection monthly and I’m waiting for ur reply. Thank you.

The vehicle’s driver for collecting waste. Do not drives upto our home when requested extremely arrogant behaviour and now stops event far. making us walk a distance even longer for disposal of waste . when asked the reply received ” hamhe tu baega kese kaam kre ..an yhi rokunga as yha task fhekne”.
This behaviour may leads to dispute.

Such arrogant and illmannerd driver should not be appointed as such way of talking with ladies is untollarable.
Please take appropriate action as soon as possible

I have purchase my YU YUNIQUE PLUS on 20-Dec-2016, within 7 days it got a problem. Then i go to service center “THE MOBILE CARE” (NEAR V3S MALL)LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI, 110092. They said it got motherboard problem, then i submit my phone in care. They give me 10 days time and maximum 21 days deadline to resolve my problem but 21+ days gone my device is not repaired yet.Whenever i contact the care they always said 10 days remaining and when i check my JOB SHEET STATUS the same information appears in screen and now it’s shows 21+.

I am frustated by seeing these type information always. I am the big fan of YU. I have purchased many devices of YU. But the first time i face problem in phone and now i come to know about after sale service of YU.

I don’t know why they are downgrade their image by not giving proper service to his customer.

Please provide the better services and rank up 1st position in India.

And please provide me my device, i had urgent need of it.

We have ordered and received a infocus mobile on 28th Nov 2016 and find the media player is not good and raised refund request and the call ticket # is 0550022741 and received a message to take the product at your doorstep on 12th dec 2016, but still no one has turned to take the mobile.

Your person called twice and not yet taken back the product.

My family is regular purchaser from snapdeal and this incident made me feel bad and do not like your service now a days. I can’t wait further on this. Need to take the product from me on priority and give me the refund.

Request you to do the needful on priority.

I am a credit card holder of standard chartered bank for the last 12 years, having a track record of prompt payment of monthly bills even with out a day’s delay for the past 144 months.Credit limit sanctioned is rs.35000/in 2001.Now since after the demonetization higher credit limit is required, you may agree.I approached this foreign bank to increase the credit limit which was sanctioned 12 years back keeping in view of our current requirement of spending through cards..But they have turned down my request with out assigning any worth while reason and by thus not cooperating with our govt’s policies.
Once i hear from you i shall forward you my correspondences with them with all the required details like card numbers etc.Thanks and regards.V.Girish babu a senior citizen aged 69 years.
