I have applied for conversion of idea postpaid to prepaid connection at your b/o freecom India infocom, Khanna on 02/01/2017. They block the sim After geting all formalities and assure us to activate within 24 hrs. and I also acknowledge that I am govt employee and using idea corporate plan on another number. From last ten days I am continuously contacting to above office but they not giving any reason for yet to activate the sim.

Please see below the timeline of events
We booked car creta e plus in november by making a down payment
We started further payments on december 14th

We were informed that they received the car on 16th and we only asked for car on 27th yet no accessories were fitted properly
December 27th 2016 We received car without registration so it was lying in our garage as we left to go out of town. The right indicator was not working and the front and rear sensors were not working . The second coating of the anti rust was not done. however we were told by the sales rep when we informed him that it was not working that nothing was wrong
January 2nd we returned the car and tried to start the car i did not. We called balkrishna the sales representative at shreem. He fitted the number plate and we were informed someone will come pick up the car another day
Jan 3rd car was returned back to showroom .
Jan 4th the car was returned . Again it did not start . The front and rear sensors did not work
Jan 5th car was returned to workshop and we called everyday but we were told they were testing the car
Jan 7th evening the car was returned at night we checked and the car was starting at night but Sesnors were still not working.
Jan 8th we tried to take the car out and it did not start . We called and spoke to satish the general manager who was extremely rude and told it was not a big deal if the car did not start or if none of the accessories were working. We were told things like I have a fleet of ten cars so don’t try to tell me these things don’t happen . We were not given a temporary car upon request for travelling. We were also denied the number or email of the ceo.
Mr Ali came to fix the car and he switched off the window and front sensors module . And replaced the battery.
Jan 9th. After calling and asking exactly 7 times for the ceo of shreem Hyundai they put me on hold for 23 mins before he came on the phone and assured everything would be fixed
Even after requesting them not to bother my aged father they did so and did not come at the agreed upon time
Jan 10th
At night mr lohit suvarna along with his team came to look at the car and after staying for 2 hours we had to shut off the front sensors as they did not work and not to mention it was deafeningly loud.
We asked for a compensation and were assured we would be given a fair compensation
Jan 11th one of the rear sensors dislodged
After calling everyday we have not yet received any compensation. We have followed up but not received any response . We have not even received a refund for the accessories that do not work !!!

I am sure this is not the level of service or quality you expect from your dealers . They are ruining Hyundai’s reputation . It is not acceptable to receive a new car that does not start

Since 2 months more than 15 incidents of dog bite in our area. Difficult to go outside for children, adults and other citizens.
4-5 dogs are there.
Arae- MRC society, NIPA-2, JESAL society, Opposite Sahyog Garden Gorwa, Vadodara.
Problem unsolved even after complaining on VMSS toll free no. and also written complain. Complain no.606, date-05-12-16.
Please remove them earliest.

My Ordered was placed on Tuesday, January 03, 2017 and delivered on 09 JAN which i didn’t like and wanted to return the item and i made a request for it on January 10, 2017.

after that i received few messages that ” we were unable to pick up your item. we’ll attempt again.” I never received any call regarding this. after that my request for return got cancelled itself.

again i have made a new request on January 17, 2017.

this is how you “easy return” feature works? because the payment has been already made. you don’t want the product and return the money any more.

My name is Gurmeet SIngh reg mob no is 9554879123.. i have given all the document to your agent raman at lucknow regarding my htc mobile got broken due to accident.. i got the call from noida that your mobile will not repaired and for which company will pay you the claim amount to your address by cheque.
my case is registered in july from raman agent as per conversation with him he told me you will received the cheque within one month from kolkata…
i got a personal number from there agent who is preparing the cheque and courier from kolkata name vijay no is 09830929300.. he told me that we have send the cheque to sunil gupta(RSM) on 13 oct at branch address lucknow and cheque amt is rs 10640/- but when i talk to sunil gupta he told he didnt recieve any cheque as he left the company in august and that office is closed…

But when I opened the parcel there is wrong order delivered to me .I found 16 GB memory card against 64 GB memory card and also found that there are another person address slip under my address. And when i used to inform the customer care, they were hang my call.
